Project Overview


This is the institution for the literally criminally insane. (ITLCI) Villains seeking reform come here, and in some cases are forced to come here to change their life. Hey, a villain still needs a life after the climatic final battle.



The villains need a voice, and you can provide it! Down below are some set villains, but there's also one for any villains you want! Please keep it to official characters, not your OC. I'll be adding plenty more in due time.
