TMNT IDW Comic - Season 2 w/ Pinky & the Brain?!
Project Overview
Greetings, CCC. YamatoGuru here again with a brand new casting call for the upcoming season 2 of the StarForce Media dub of IDW Publishings Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic series. Since debuting last year, the series gained quite an audience and we look to build upon that momentum with even more exciting stories to come.
Most of the characters presented here are smaller roles so you don't have to worry about any long term commitments if you are cast, BUT I will expect your lines to be recorded and sent to me within 2-3 weeks of receiving your lines. With that in mind, if you for whatever reason are unable to record 5-10 minutes of dialogue late February / early March, this casting call is unfortunately not for you. I'm on a schedule so I will need your lines by the deadlines presented and will not tolerate tardiness.
Mic quality will be very much a factor when I begin casting, so please submit nice/noise-free auditions to increase your chances of being cast. Also, just a head's up: this casting call is also up on BTVA.

The heinous and evil arch nemesis of the TMNT… as an adorable child. May be performed by a male or female performer.
"Ummm. This… and this… Aaaaand… And this! I make this!"
"*a gasp and then soft pouting sounds"
"*playful laughing"
The queen of the Neutrino people. She is a kind and gentle soul who cares for her citizens. After being kidnapped, she is eventually saved by her daughter and the TMNT.
"Commander Dask... Who.. Who are the green ones?"
"Thank you, Kala."
"Each of you, in your own way, has proven courageous beyond words."
An elderly Japanese lord who finds himself in disfavor with the vicious Takeshi Tatsuo. Although he is old and a bit fearful for his life, there should be a hint of defiance in his delivery.
"You are not capable of mercy, Takeshi Tatsuo, and you are no god."
"It was my honor to deny you."
"*gasps of shock/fear"
Your run of the mill, stereotypical news anchor voice, please.
"According to the police, an unidintified invdividual viciously accosted an employee at a small pizzeria last night."
"Several witnesses have described a "lizard-like creature of immense size."
Terrible warriors made of stone who are under the exclusive employ of Krang. I will need several of these guys so I'll likely be casting multiple performers. The rock soldiers should have deep, gravely voices and be quite menacing.
"General Krang will be very unhappy if the biological areas are not resecured soon."
"Halt and identify yourself!"
"We need to beat feet or we're all gonna be on latrine duty for the next month for being late."
Besides the characters listed above I will also be casting various other extras that appear in season 2. I like strong voices for ALL parts of the series, so please don't brush these characters aside just because they are extras. Audition using the lines below and more likely than not (unless your mic quality is atrocious) you'll be getting a part in the show!
"(Engineer)Everybody out! You can come back after we give the all clear."
"(Neutrino Scientiest) That was incredible! Sal's an amazing invention, Dr. Honeycutt."
"(Foot Assassin) No - we were told to TRY not to kill him."
Ok, so you won't be actually voicing the Brain, but a police officer who just happens to sound a lot like him. This is a fun easter egg type thing. I'm calling it "casual" Brain becasue I want it to sound like him, but not be him exactly. Have fun with it and show me what you've got!
"Yes. This is the third scene like this I've been to this week. Same witnesses descriptions, too."
"Exactly. Can you believe it?"
"Yes, and by whatever means necessary, according to the chief. Deadly force authorized."

"(Soap Opera Star) But, doctor, now that you say my husband is the real father of my child, how can you be certain that... I'M the real mother?!"
"(Fancy Pedestrian) We just got saved by a guy in a hocky mask and a giant talking turtle."
Ok, so you won't be actually voicing Pinky, but a police officer who just happens to sound a lot like him. This is a fun easter egg type thing. "Cripes, look at this mess, willya?"
"Big green lizard monster?"
"Don't matter what I believe - only matters what the mayor wants, and that's stopping this big green thing, whatever the hell it is."
A desperate gambler who gets caught owing money to Mr. Anders. Middle-aged and well.. desperate!
"Mr. Anders - Blake - I'm good for it. I swear! Look, you know me..."
"I'll get you the money, I swear! You know the Knicks - this ain't their year!"
"*frightened whimpering sounds"
A gangster bookie who appears as the main antagonist of the Casey Jones micro. I'd like a smooth but arrogant delivery for this weasel.
I'm sorry, but... this won't cut it. You still owe four large.
Cenzo. Carolo. Let's all take a walk.
Matthew this is no fun for me. Well maybe a little fun.
A member of the ancient Foot Clan who conspires with Okoku Maji and Masato to bring an end to Takeshi Tatsuo's reign of terror. Comes across as rather impatient.
"It is the way of her magic. It must be. She is bringing him power from the demon she serves."
"Our forces are ready - we should attack now!"
"How long are we to wait, then?"
I'll need two of these guys. They manage to hijack a portal that leads into Krang's HQ and come out guns blazing to assassinate their tyranical enemy. They need to be loud and passionate - lots of energy. You'll also need to have a good death scream, so be prepared for that.
"DEATH TO KRANG!!!"
"NO!!!"
"You DIE, Krang!"
A security guard at StockGen who is clearly not happy with the fact that Slash the mutant turtle is finding ways out of his containment chamber. He should sound strict and more than a bit perturbed.
"All right, it's down! Let's get Burns to the inirmary ASAP."
"Where the hell's that idiot Allen?!"
"In all that gibberish, I heard this - the damn thing's got a huge body and a puny brain."
An eyepatch wearing member of Krang's army on Burnow Island who discovers that an intruder has infiltrated the base. I'll need a strong, confident voice for this fellow.
"Central this is block M. We've got a problem here, over."
"We've had a breach at the cryo-stasis chamber. There's a man down outside and-- oh, no."
