The X-Men (Audio Drama For The Unproduced 1994 Script / The First Draft)

The X-Men (Audio Drama For The Unproduced 1994 Script / The First Draft)

Project Overview

Mutation: it is the key to our evolution. It has enabled us to evolve from a single-celled organism into the dominant species on the planet. This process is slow, and normally taking thousands and thousands of years. But every few hundred millennia, evolution leaps forward.

THIS CASTING CALL IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE NAMED MAIN CHARACTERS OF THE SCREENPLAY!

A Groovy Show Productions'  “The X-Men” is an Audio Drama fully based on and adapting the 1994 Screenplay 1st Draft of "X-MEN" written by Andrew Kevin Walker. This audio drama is the first audio drama of what will surely be many unproduced screenplay adaptations to go on the "A Groovy Show Productions" Spotify page where all of our non-series projects will be posted!

Some Things and Rules:

  • This project will have you voicing over an unproduced script. It will be a lot of lines, especially for our main heroes and antagonists. Please keep this in mind that you will be reading off of a FULL script!

  • An XLR or USB microphone would be preferred! The same goes for high-quality audio, little to no background noise would be ideal as it may not be nice for listeners to hear!

  • PLEASE audition for as many characters as you'd like!
