The Toothbrush | An Animated, Voice Acted GCMM
Project Overview
INTRODUCTION
Hello, everyone! This casting call is for The Toothbrush Gcmm, there will be 2 Mini Movies I'm also holding auditions on my discord server so feel free to audition there as well but I'm just hosting this on Casting Call Club because I would like to have different voice actors from the ones on discord too and it helps get more auditions.
All roles are in the English language and new characters will be coming in the mini movie.
STORYLINE
A girl called "Hailey" just moved towns because hers was unsafe , she enrolled into a boarding school and got accepted. At the school she bumps into "Asher", they end up hating each other but then one day Hailey happened to had left her toothbrush in his room (somehow) and Asher's friends thought Asher had a girlfriend, his friends have been waiting for him to get one for a long time because they don't want him to stay lonely forever. Asher begged Hailey to be his "Fake-Girlfriend" and in return he would never both her again and wouldn't talk to her, Hailey liked this idea and agreed to it, but more and more they began to fall in love with each other for real.
DEADLINES
The deadline for auditions is February 14th but it may be changed or extended.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- First and foremost, have fun -- we take pride in bringing together talents in different mediums to create something truly phenomenal, but none of it means anything if the people involved aren't passionate about their craft.
- Please submit clean recordings on prosumer mics (no air conditioners in the background, no fans -- we don't mind performing noise reduction on your files, however too much clean-up reduces the quality of your voice). And speaking of clean-up -- please let us handle the post-production.
- Feel free to cut your lines to your best/favourite takes. Three is the gold standard. We have a few voice actors that would rather give us more takes, and that's okay, too. However please at least remove the takes you don't want to be featured on the podcast.
- The is a Short-Term Commitment Gcmm You're lines will be sent to you about 1 day after being casted, you then have 1-2 weeks to submit you're lines and if you don't the audition for that character will be re-opened.
- Since I don't really have any other way of contacting you, I would appreciate if you would add you're discord tag since you kind of have to have discord for this, thanks

AUDITIONING GUIDLINES:
- Please send all auditions in either .mp3 or .wav format.
- Please do not do more than 2 takes per line.
- Please do not edit you're audio aside from normalisation, compression, and noise reduction.
- Please include any extra demo reels/links or any extra information you feel is necessary on your audio description.
- Please include you're discord information.
- Please state you're name and age at the beginning of you're audition.
- This is a 12+

Humorous (sometimes), Careless, Jerk, Annoying, Playful, An idiot and Kind (sometimes). (he also only shows his funny and annoying side to Hailey but most time he's cold to most people.
Voice Description: Medium-Low and with Hailey he speaks in a humours annoying tone but with everyone else it’s a basic tone as if he doesn’t want to speak to them.
(Annoying, mocking): "You again? Wow you're such a clutz!"
(Confused, rushing): "Wasn't she just threatening me about 2 seconds ago? Ugh whatever I'm gonna be late!"
(Playful, mocking): "Look who's late to class, and what happened to you're face, you look worst than me in a bad mood haha!"
Sweet, Kind, Organised, Warm-Hearted, and sometimes Playful.
(Happy, kind): So you’re my new roomie? I’m so happy to finally have one!"
(Relating, reassuring): "Don’t mind him, he can be annoying like that sometimes haha"
(Happy, excited): "You got a g-g-GIRLFRIEND EEEEK about time Asher!"
Sweet, Kind, Distracted, Warm-Hearted.
(Distracted, Bored): "Oh cool , are you done now? If you don't mind I'd like to listen to my music.
(Happy, Called it) "So Asher finally got a girlfriends, I knew it would happen eventually."
(Reassuring): "Ok that's fine with me!"
Worrying, Kind, Caring, Loving.
(Reminding, kind): "Make sure you grab you're bags, the bus will be here soon."
(Scared. Worrying): "Are you sure you still want to go there, are you going to be okay?"
(Worried, happy): "Please call me when you get to school, I love you!"
Angry, Short-Tempered, Organised, Serious.
(Angry, Annoyed): "What do you mean why am I here? THIS IS MY FREAKINCLASSROOM! "
(Angry-Calmish): "JUST- just go take a seat, you have detention after school."
(Annoyed, Angry): "HOW DARE YOU APPEAR LATE TO *MY* CLASS?"
Voice Description: Medium range. Kind, formal and welcoming. She speaks like a woman in her 30's and she is very formal and polite.
Personality: Polite, Formal, Kind, Welcoming.
(Formal, sorry): "Oh and I'm sorry for the long wait, I didn't know you were here..”
(Kind, Formal): "Well it was a pleasure meeting you!”
(Annoyed, Angry): "Break it up, no fighting in school corridors!"
