Project Overview
In a world where perfection is required, 8 unique and special kids overcome the horrors of a "perfect" society who consider imperfect people outcasts and thus must be executed, in a town where it is akin to the 1950s, but is in fact the year 2038, this series tackles childhood nightmares in the forms of antagonists, corrupt politics, and the backstory of the protagonist to figure out the mysteries of the city. The series itself is inspired by media such as Coraline and Little Nightmares, where the adults are the antagonists and monsters, and the kids are special and the heroes.

Deadline was pushed back, and hiring a composer

Hello! Mr.Smiles is the primary antagonist, he is an unusually tall and lanky happy-go-lucky politician that is bent on keeping what he dubs "abnormals" out, and eliminating them when needed, he brainwashed the city into thinking powers and uniqueness is a sin, and those who break the laws are to be put to death. Mr.Smiles speaks all the time as if he was happy, even when he's at his angriest, he never breaks his peppy attitude,

The Model Citizens are supporting antagonists, they are humans that are the denizens of Mr.Smiles's beloved city, they hate everything not perfect, mostly middle age to old men and women, like their appearances, they themselves are ugly at heart, as with the town's feel and rules, they wear 1950s clothing and hairstyles and speak in 1950s lingo to boot.

Seymour is an antagonist who works under the Perfect City of exterminating pests, specifically anthropomorphic insects such as Pompy, he is a sadistic redneck pest control specialist, and his voice is muffled, he represents, ironically, the fear of bugs as he is a human who's outfit makes him resemble an insect. he speaks in a muffled tone due to his gas mask which he never removes.
