The Rowdyruff Boys
Project Overview
The Rowdyruff Boys, characters from the series "Powerpuff Girls". They're a group of young delinquents who aim to cause nothing but trouble. In Saturday Morning Invasion, they're scattered across the world, causing mayhem and asking the player character to assist them in their nefarious deeds.

Boomer, considered the "dope" of the group is a bit of an airhead. Out of the three brothers, he's typically seen as the black sheep. He's not as strong as his brothers, nor is he as smart, but boy does he have passion. Boomer is an A-Class idiot with the strength of a professional heavy weight wrestling champion, as he along with his brothers are super human toddlers. He's the living definition of failing upwards, as mostly anything he does somehow ends up messing up him and whatever evil pranks his brothers plan to pull. And although Boomer get's berated by his brothers for being an idiot consistently, he loves them both to death.
He himself is not very confident in his abilities, both with regarding his super powers and socially. He can be a bit anxious given the situation, sometimes stuttering or tripping over his words. Social interaction isn't something he's very well versed in, and it shows.
Boomer sounds similar to characters such as "Izuku Midoryia" from My Hero Academia and "Mikey" from Tokyo Revengers
He's sounds very nasally, and typically has a very mean and rude attitude when speaking. He sounds like a doofus and a nerd, but a really mean one. Acting tough is his strong suit, as he tries to act like his other brothers. But in reality, he's just a dumb ol kid with superpowers.

Butch, considered the "hothead" of the group is one crazed maniac. Out of the three brothers, he's typically seen as the brawns to his fellow brother Brick's brain. He's perhaps the strongest of his three brothers, but he sure isn't the smartest. The only reason why he's the strongest is because of his pure stupidity. He's a punch first think later type of guy, not one to really plan out that much far ahead. Manic is the best word to describe him, always breathing heavily, always looking for a fight, and for some reason always YELLING. He doesn't show many emotions besides anger and bloodlust, but he does care for his brothers. His aggressive and confrontational personality comes deep-down from his desire to protect his brothers, with his crazy weird superhuman abilities.
He's very aggressive and energetic, always hyped up ready to fight. When he's in his "calm" state, he can be extremely passive aggressive, there's no dull moment where he doesn't feel like killing something.
In my head he sounds very similar to "Katsuki Bakugo" from My Hero Academia.
He's not one to ever really speak calmy, typically he'll have some sort of aggressive or confrontational tone to whatever he's saying. He's one big overall bully, who will push you into a locker if you look at him funny. Butch can also be heard laughing manically a lot. Practicing a good "evil laugh" of sorts would be ideal, as he can get really crazy at times.

Brick, considered the "leader" of the group is a calm, calculated, conniving kid who uses his brothers as a means to fulfill his deepest desires. Brick is the brains of the group, considered to be the smartest of the three. He's mean, manipulative, and patient. That is perhaps the scariest thing about him. With Boomer, he's an idiot who can barely control his powers. With Butch, he's too stupid to use his powers to their fullest extent. With Brick, he's more than fine with waiting, and plans everything accordingly. He's not afraid to sit around and wait for his enemy to come to him, no, he'll sit in the same spot for hours on end just to have the perfect advantage. And that's why he's the leader of the Rowdyruff Boys, he makes use of his brother's powers vey efficiently.
He's calm, yet commanding. In a sense, every sentence that comes out of Brick typically sounds condescending, almost like he's always talking down to you.
I imagine him sounding similar to Scaramouche from Genshin Impact. Calm, yet assertive.
