Project Overview

(18+ only) When the adored Princess Cynthia gets discovered for who she is by a hot guy at a bar while sneaking out, what is she meant to do? The Problem Princess is a romance/drama comic about gender, sexuality, cycles of abuse, and love. For this project, I'm looking to find help dubbing the first chapter of the comic to coincide with the release of the comic on most comic hosting websites (the comic production has been kept under wraps, but if you want to see more images of the comic/characters feel free to message me).     As the Casting call is coming to a close i just want to thank everyone once again for auditioning. I’m basically a random person with just a dream and a iPad trying there best so this support means everything!!

    On with the update, the casting call is now closed and with over 50 auditions between discord and CCC i was shocked. Everyone casted should be contacted soon with more information. (life’s a bit crazy rn for me so bare with me -_-)

    For those not casted please don’t take it personally, many of you were extremely talented but just not quite what i had in mind for the characters. Along with that there will be future casting calls for other characters within this comic or other projects im working on!!

    As for the general future of this project i expect the comic dub to be posted end of august or early september. With the posting of it i will start weekly updates of the comic but i will give out more information about that in due time!!!

Cynthia is the protagonist of "The Problem Princess" and has the most lines overall. She is a 20 year old princess who is required to preform as the typical feminine ideal her role requires. However she yearns for a different self expression and often sneaks out to be treated as a normal person and have a taste of freedom away from her princess roles that she would not dare to disobey. She is very quick tempered when provoked and has a bit of a attitude, but can get embarrassed and nervous easily. In universe she is seen as extremely beautiful, id keep that in mind while recording.

Lucas has the second most amount of lines within the first chapter and is the main love interest. He is a dumb but happy and kind guy, he can have a bit of a temper as well. Because of his financial status  views Cynthia in a different way then most. His voice is bright and fairly masculine, hes pretty himboish so id keep that in mind as well. He talks with very informal speech as well
