Agent Bill Parker was one of the few survivors of Operation Perfection, and the main drive to this story. He's quiet, smart, and brave. While the rest of the world is hunting him for answers, he's hiding, laying low, and helping his Freedom Fighters unit against the High Officers of Planet Epsilon. Some say he's a hero, but according to Agent Donavon, he's a menace.
"Let’s get one thing straight, Donavon. I was born in Operation Perfection and I’ve never left this world. I can tell you many horror stories about O’Reilly..."
(Informative) "The military leaders of this planet have a strong grip. They’re using their profits to buy tickets into the covenant army."
(Aggressive) "Do you not care about our cause?! We're trying to make life better for us-for the lonely soldiers! I refuse to stand on the side of tyranny and oppression."
Agent Samantha Chloe is very laid back and relaxed. She enjoys the finer things in life, but most of all loves designing new vehicles/weapons. Most of the time her voice is very calm and collected, but sometimes she gets passionate about her dreams and goes through a range of emotions.
(Sarcastic) "You know what would've been nice? A post card. You could've at least sent us a post card."(Joking) "Do I really wanna save the world today? Hmmm...maybe tomorrow."
(Shocked) "Wait...I'm sorry...is that still an issue?"(Aggressive) "I can't believe you're giving my project to Thornton! I'm getting no recognition!"
(Upset) "What am I supposed to do, Daisy? Stand idly by while our hopes and dreams are taken from us?"
Perhaps much more calm than Agent Chloe, Agent Daisy Reyes works hard to keep the security department in check. As a vital leader of such a vast group, she always needs to be levelheaded and calm. She rarely panics, gets upset, or even angry. Most importantly, she knows how to analyze a situation.
(Orderly, calm) "I need your squad at the east outpost. Bring heavy weapons! That's not a recommendation!"
(Excited) "Sam! I'm so glad you made it!"(Sarcastic) "If only you came five minutes ago we wouldn't be in this mess!"
Agent Thornton doesn't have many friends, he's also been criticized for going behind the scenes to the CO. Nonetheless, Thornton is smart, affective, and a very good strategist. He works closely with Agent Chloe and Agent Reyes at Recon Technologies.
(Aggressive) "That's treason! We can't question the chain of command!"
(Angry) "You will not get away with this!"(Grunts, aches) "You will not get away with this..."
(Calmly) "You have my loyalty, sir. I will always obey."
Captain Reynolds: A calm, collected soldier who has seen one too many battles. He is very relaxed, patient, and confident in himself and his leadership. Reynolds is known for his battle strategies and ability to change plans when needed.
"You're searching for Agent Parker, are you not? We're here to change his image."
"The world sees us as villains. Destructive for our beliefs. Chaotic for what we stand for. But did anyone stop to think that maybe we're fighting for a reason. That these...rallies, are happening for a reason that must be looked into."
Working under Agent Reyes, Peverley is in charge of overseeing the main gates of Recon Technologies.
(Confidently) "You know I'll get the job done."
(Leading) "The Covenant is much smarter than you think. You've gotta be tactical and quick. Don't hesitate. Don't second guess."
Private Gildan hasn't seen much of the war, but even at a young age he knew exactly what he wanted to fight for. He follows his leaders with no question, and gets upset with those who don't believe in the same cause.
(Aggressive) "Why're you looking for Parker? The UNSC left him broken! What makes you think he'll want to go back?"
(Calm) "Sir, I apologize, I was just trying to understand."
(Passionate) "I will not give in to this threat! I still believe in peace, and the hope that our leaders will make the right choices."
Very minor acting role. Agent Hamilton, a close friend of Agent Reyes, is a very tactical and cunning soldier. Although Hamilton doesn't appear much in the show, we see how reliable he/she is. Hamilton is laid back, humorous, and strategic.
(Chuckles) “Guess that’s why you’re head of security and I’m not."
"If we can cut off their supplies by nightfall there's a good chance we'll be able to pillage their base by sunrise."
"We have incoming reports that Operation Perfection, the nearby weapons facility, was under attack last night by a Covenant fleet. UNSC officials have chosen to not leave any comments at this time."
"The UNSC has decided to stay quiet on the matter, leading us to believe that there is much more to the story."
“It is with a heavy heart, that I am saddened to announce Operation Perfection, along with every member of it’s faculty, has been eliminated by the covenant.”
"I think it's uninformative, (pause) negligent, (pause) and just flat out dangerous for the UNSC to be withholding so much information from us."
"We need to know what happened at Operation Perfection, more importantly, we need to know if evacuation is imminent!"
“Whatever is going on with the military bases over there, it can’t be good.”
"Reports are showing that the covenant had invaded Operation Perfection, destroying the weapons corporation and the outside bases along with it.”
“It was a peaceful day here in the downtown area, until the explosion happened. Putting everyone in a state of panic.”
"It’s just mind-boggling to me. To think that over two hundred soldiers could be dead or alive or missing, and we’re not being told anything!”
