Hello there!! I first want to thank you for your interest in my casting call. This is a casting call for the final episode of Case 1 (Season 1) of The Marvelous Adventures of Danny DeComp!

However, there is one more voice I need before I can complete the show!
I do ask that you read the below section before auditioning as this casting call may look a bit different. (And have some weird rules.)
Rules:
Decent Mic Quality; doesn’t need to be a professional mic just no outstanding background noise.
Please be committed to taking the role, This character has a minor role in the last episode, and doesn’t appear again until at least Case 4 (maybe 3), as such the actor must be willing to stay on for a very long time. However this character is VERY important to the story and will become a very major character.
Must be 15 years of age to audition
Gotta show emotion in your audition. This character can flip flop personalities a lot, and can do so on a dime. As such I ask that the actor be able show a wide range of emotions and personalities.
Must be able to do long monologues. I know this may sound like a weird rule, but this is a murder mystery show with a LOT of explaining. As such most of the characters have long winded speeches that can be paragraphs long so just prepare for that.
MUST have a discord! I have a private server for just the cast and it is just the easiest way to keep track of everybody and get you guys your lines.
MUST be able to keep a secret!! This is VERY important. This character’s identity in itself is a spoiler. As such I can not show her ref (I promise she has one) If you are selected for the role I will give you more information about the character as well as their reference sheet. However, all the information is top secret and must not be shared with anyone not on the crew.
This character MAY curse. It will never be more than the word “shit” however, the actor must be comfortable with saying curse words.
OPTIONAL: I would not mind double casting the actor since this character does not appear again for some time. If you would like to be considered for a Case 2 character (A much bigger casting call I plan on releasing after episode 6) Please submit a demo reel along with your audition. PLEASE NOTE: Just because you send a demo reel and receive the role does not guarantee that you will also be casted as a Case 2 character.
