About LittleRedHen42

Started in live theatre at the age of 10, acted on and off in various productions since that time. Singing in ensembles since the age of 7. Alto to mezzo-soprano range. I finally decided to take the plunge into voice acting, a pie in the sky dream for years. I am learning so much as I make and submit auditions. I am open to making new friends as well!

Changed my username in mid-April 2021, so audition files from before that will have the username KSoutar.

You can contact me via email at klsoutar (at) gmail (dot) com.

Demos & Samples

2021 Commercial Reel

Looking for an upbeat and relatable commercial voice? How about soothing and relaxing? Knowledgeable and assuring? Or maybe a bit mischievous and enticing? This reel's got it!

2021 Character Demo Reel

Showcasing a range of characters and moods, here's my first ever demo reel! Many thanks to Twitter users @hoppersgirl for audio editing and @ImmersedProd for scripting and live directing!

2021 Outtake Reel

This is a reel of outtakes from my first demo recording session (May 2021). It's too funny not to share.

Pricing

As I mostly do VA for my own enjoyment, this varies greatly and is dependent on the project and its goals.

What LittleRedHen42 is looking for

I've been taking a bit of a break since November 2021, mostly keeping up with already cast projects. I prefer original projects, especially audio dramas/comedies and podfics. I have done a few paid projects, but I mostly search for things that interest me and generally do VA for personal enjoyment. Willing to consider new roles if requested.

I'm so happy I got a chance to cast KSoutar. Honestly, I had a lot of fun listening to her lines. They were full of emotion and had no background noise! Honestly, good job! I hope you get very far in your career as a Voice Actor! ヽ(*⌒∇⌒*)ノ

KSoutar did so well in the role of Isril, which was a reserved female aasimar in my project. She delivered her work promptly and was so receptive to feedback. I couldn't believe how efficient she was and how perfect her lines were! If I am looking for work again, I'll definitely call on her, and I hope others will too given her performance.

Working with KSoutar has been great. I'm glad to have cast her as Ms. Griselda in the Winx club fan dub. She easy to communicate with, respectful to her fellow cast mates, and able to deliver her lines on time. I recommend you all cast Her.

I don't think I've ever asked for a better voice actress than Kristi. Ever since "Strange Journey", she has poured her heart, soul, and passion into the characters she voiced and for that, I give her my unlimited gratitude.

Can I recommend Kristi for your projects? Yes. A million times, yes. Like I said, she is an amazing actress, and I'll be more than happy to give her voice work again.

Thanks a bunch, Kristi! You're an awesome human being.

LittleRedHen did an amazing job as Aelor in my project! She has an amazing range when voicing a character's emotion and sold the part really well! I highly recommend her!
