The Ingenue Show (Where Your Villains Get Interviewed!)
Project Overview
Anginae is an ingenue. Ingenue, being a stock character/archetype- she is the young, innocent, chaste and wholesome woman, usually the reward for the hero. However, Anginae has an appreciation for villains, and wishes for her character type to be more known by piggybacking off of villain-type characters’ fame by interviewing them.
This will be a comedic podcast-like audio drama centered on promoting other projects. If you have or know someone with a cartoon, video game, radio drama etc and would like YOUR villain interviewed and your project promoted, there is a slot for that under the auditions tab!
Having said that, I will have some of my own original villains be in the first couple episodes, just to break in the series and to buy time for others' and foretell my own future projects. If you are cast here as one of mine, you are NOT guaranteed their role in the future, but you will be considered.

The EVERYMAN, character type meaning he's the calm and somewhat basic guy. Not the crazy one, but rather the one whom crazy things happen to. Raz himself is in a rush to get away from the scene.

Velvette is a FEMME FATALE, character type meaning a dangerous woman, often sultry and seductive. Velvette herself is a thorn nymph who can summon vines of briar at any moment.
Looks like I'm the rose among the thorns.

Camziswirl is the MANIC PIXIE DREAM GIRL, a young woman who is quirky and unusual, meant to inspire a greater appreciation for life in male protagonists, whom they typically do not end up with in the end. Camziswirl herself is an excitable, ageless deity who likes to float around and no one really knows what she's up to.
What's it like being a super old stock character no one remembers?

Pinjack is the HERO- nuff' said. Pinjack himself is a recurring character in my own stories who always saves the day but has little time for romance. Like other characters of his type, he's charming, kind, brave and a liiiiitle bit macho.

Late 20’s, early 30’s (eternally young-looking), approx. 6’5, a man who’s power is “almost anything.” Griffith is a serious villain who is an elegant, dominant, charismatic and talented alchemist and businessman, who also runs illegal transactions. He is also aware that he is ficitonal.
He owns a tavern where he is beloved, has a young boy apprentice, and a blackmailed errand-man. He also keeps a female bard captive in his underground lair, whom he receives musical buffs from and is obsessed with.
You wanted this apprenticeship. You’ve expressed how you felt at what I truly do. And now you must decide if the cure is worth it. Be wise, boy. There are no re-writes in this world.

Age unknown, possibly immortal. A strange, hooded and masked person. His mask resembles Anubis and his hood and cloak resemble a quilt with a different theme or object imprinted on every patch. He’s a mysterious person who steals elements from other characters’ stories causing tragedy in the incomplete tale. He is greedy and narcissistic. It is implied he was once a very powerful tyrant, but has since fallen from that position.
Storytelling is such a dead art. People just can’t seem to finish their stories these days.

Mid-late 20’s. A blonde, sharp-toothed, extremely flamboyant, manic, flirtatious and bi-polar ringleader. He and his flying circus have been cursed, yet he still collects people against their will whom he deems “odd,” “freakish” or “utterly wonderful.” People he’s collected for the sake of his circus include; a boy who cries oil, a princess who emits light, a witch-raised man, the stuck ghost of a dead woman, a sparkly mermaid, etc.

Say, darlin’ why don’t I give you a backstage tour of my circus? Now you could say I only do that for the cute ones, but you… now, you’re utterly wonderful.
A classic vampire who has lived for 500+ years. He has never been outsmarted until trying to suck the blood of a new neighbor, who tricks him with tomato paste and garlic. He is proud of his age, but must realize the newer generations have gotten more wise and less fearful. Can be unintentionally goofy, like how we young people laugh at old people.
You children are very strange. Most young people would be very afraid of me.

NO, I don’t care for garlic. I wouldn’t come in there even if I was invited.
Early 20’s. Danny is a dapper-dan living in the modern era who has a background in puppetry and ventriloquism. He’s a supervillain who can produce strings from his sleeves, temporarily taking over someone’s will, and can throw his voice so well that he can even speak through other people. Despite the gimmick, he’s somewhat angsty and very much a troubled guy who just wants his life to be in a better place.
I never wanted to any of this. But since I started, I just can’t stop. Y’know?
