The flaming fork festival
Project Overview
This is a project to dub small comics to inspire and advertise my webcomic. These dubs will likely be posted on TikTok, where every lovely voice actor will of course be linked to in the description.
This is very much a passion project that includes everything I love from drawing food to wholesome stories. It’s called the Flaming Fork festival, and when this goes up the pilot should be up on tapas. In short, the story is about a fantastical food festival, and follows the 5 chefs who compete in the dragon’s feast.
I am looking for voice actors who are able to keep contact for a long period, seeing as there will be more to dub as the comic goes on. But something that’s a lot more important for me is that you genuinely have fun voicing the character.
It is required to name your discord along with your audition!!! This helps me keep contact easier.

An emo candy kingdom princess who is trying to make a name for herself in the culinary world. She tries to protect herself by acting cold and uncaring, but is very bad at it and will not shut up if people ask about her special interests. Would definitely shop at hot topic if it existed. Girlfailure, but she tries.

(Exited, before cutting herself off) You think so? I wrote the recipe myself, so I’m still kind of workshopping it. It needs more plums in the filling and less spices in the crust, so if I change the proportions to-. Ah, sorry…
(Worried, talking to another person) Is she okay? She’s uhmm...should we help?
A satyr girl with a short fuse and a resting bitch face. Very difficult to get to know, but she’s loyal to a fault when it comes to her friends. Swears like a sailor to compensate for her height, and not great at feelings.

A knight with selective mutism, intricate armour, and a small shoulder dragon called Gusto who speaks for her. A woman of very little words, but a master of cooking with big fires. Her voice is small, but warm with a slight rasp.

A loveable asshole who adores mischief, lady Prometheus, and sweet rolls. His voice is scratchy and high, with a misplaced sense of superiority. (I’m open to different takes on his voice.)

An extremely chill non binary bartender character who exclusively wears Hawaiian shirts, specialises in cocktails and ‘spirits’. (Rumoured to be undead.)
Trans voices are most welcome, no matter how far in your transition. They probably fake an accent cause he thinks it’s funny. Think the cool older cousin at the family reunion

A gentle giant. Got his last name by marrying his warrior wife, who he loves dearly and has 3 children with. He is basically a professional barbecue dad.
Worries way too much and underestimates himself. His voice is warm and deep, and his laugh brightens up a room. Very eloquent.

A spunky little dragon girl with a knack for getting into trouble, and an even bigger knack for getting out of it. Very intelligent for her age, but absolutely despises books.
She has a slight lisp due to her chunky Dragonborn teeth. Extremely talkative, so if you don’ hear her she’s planning something.
