Overview

"Feast" is an exciting and emotionally gripping anime series created by Victoria Leid and written by Jackson Hargis. This series delves into themes of survival, friendship, and the struggle between humanity and primal instincts. Set in a high school where students must navigate the aftermath of a catastrophic event, "Feast" combines intense drama with supernatural elements, creating a unique and compelling narrative that will captivate audiences.

Synopsis

The story begins with Tsutsui Kaito, a 17-year-old high school student who has been relentlessly bullied by his peers. His life takes a dramatic turn when a meteor shower devastates the city, leaving chaos and destruction in its wake. Amidst the confusion, Kaito is injured by falling debris, but something more sinister is at play. An alien entity named Yuwa attaches itself to Kaito, granting him strange and terrifying powers.

As Kaito struggles to control these newfound abilities, he is thrust into a fight for survival. The high school becomes a refuge for students and teachers, but safety is far from guaranteed. Among the survivors are Kaito's childhood friend, Oyama Fumiko, and the steadfast Yamada Rokuro, who support Kaito as he grapples with his dual nature. Meanwhile, the antagonistic Kuroda Ichirou, along with his cohorts Shiba Tsutomu and Miyamoto "Moto" Gina, continue their bullying, unaware of the true danger lurking within Kaito.

As the series progresses, the students must face not only the external threats posed by the catastrophic event but also the internal challenges of trust, betrayal, and the struggle to maintain their humanity. Kaito's internal battle with Yuwa’s influence adds a layer of psychological tension, making "Feast" a complex and thrilling journey.

Commitment

"Feast" is an 8-episode series, with all scripts already written. We are looking for long-term commitment from voice actors to ensure consistency and continuity throughout the series. However, given that all the scripts are completed, the project could also be suitable for those seeking a shorter-term commitment. Recording sessions will be scheduled to accommodate the availability of our voice actors.

Each character has unique lines that showcase their personality and the emotional range required for the role. Please do 1-3 takes of each line

Requirements

We are looking for talented voice actors who can convey the intense emotions and complex personalities of our characters. Auditions are open to all, and we encourage diverse voices to apply. Experience in voice acting is preferred but not required. Ensure your recordings are clear and free from background noise. Include multiple takes if possible to show your range. We look forward to hearing your interpretations and bringing "Feast" to life!

  • Main Character Name change

    Hello, I wanted to provide a quick update regarding the name change for the main character Aoi Tsutsui. While reviewing auditions, we found the name "Aoi" to be challenging to pronounce and yielded varied results. Therefore, we have opted to switch the name to Kaito Tsutsui. Those who have already submitted auditions do not need to redo them; moving forward, the name will be Kaito Tsutsui. Thank you .
