We wish to develop an opening crawl for the game that serves as an introduction, and has Demi themselves reading it out loud -- an opening monologue of sorts.

Demi Darkreed is a nonbinary goth living in the 2000’s who has become tangled with the supernatural. After having their blood sacrificed late one Halloween night, they find themselves being bound with a supernatural entity called a Being. With multiple people disappearing around their hometown of Aurabrook — including their own brother— Demi takes it upon themselves to figure out what’s going on to put an end to this. They have a gloomy tone to their voice — very reserved and a bit high pitched and androgynous (they are nonbinary, and a gloomy goth.). This role is just for an opening story crawl before the game begins and the character is the lead — with the gameplay of Eyes of Demi being based on logic gates in computer logic. Any software is fine, and demo lines are in the audition lines.
