Project Overview
Project Overview:
This is an ongoing project (which means no solid end date) about my universe, The DTTA. It will consist of short animations,(hopefully) long animations, comics, and more! This is a passion project and is just for fun so you don't need to stress too much.
What is the DTTA?
The DTTA stands for "The Dimensional Time Travel Authorities", beings of different species created by their seven gods to protect universes and timelines from harm whether it be from accidental dimension-hopping or a series of time traveling, the DTTA is there to detain and arrest individuals who break interdimensional law.
Base Storyline:
The current storyline follows Prometheus as his own impulsive nature and naivety open him up to a curse that will have him running from death as he searches for a way to remove it. Not only death is on his tail, however, but the authorities as well since his attempts lead him to break interdimensional travel laws. A light hearted comedy turned dark at times, the storyline for this is called Sleep Awake.
NOTE: This project is just for fun and is ongoing so any sort of actual deadline will be announced once a majority of it is ready!

Base Character Role:
Prometheus is the lead protagonist character in the DTTA and often finds himself in trouble with the authorities for his trespassing and writings, not to mention that he has a nasty habit of being in the wrong place at the wrong time and getting himself in the worst of situations.
Base Personality:
A jovial and young vampire of the DTTA, Prometheus is a reserved but golden hearted individual. He's playful and childish but also naïve - only 21 or so. He's a writer and yellow journalist who is trying to expose the horrors that his government hides but his life is flipped upside down when he finds and ancient tome that curses him with immortality, horrible luck, and a certain voice in his head that won't go away.
Base Voice Description:
He has a light English accent and a relatively higher pitched voice for a guy. He speaks fast and has a habit of stumbling over his words. He enunciates well and is rather blunt. His voice tends to raise and lower just slightly as he speaks depending on his emotions - often losing himself in though as he pauses between words to try and figure out what he was just saying and where he's going with it as his brain goes too fast for his mouth. Oh my gods- I'm so- so very dead! Mother is going to KILL me for this- I can't believe I lost Apollo. She's going to KILL me! Athena- you HAVE TO HELP ME! What do you mean 'How did you lose a 7 year old?' This is ME we're talking about! WHO was bright enough to trust me with a child in the first place!? (panicked)
You're- you're worse than the criminals you lock up! You're cruel and awful- you see peope suffer and you do nothing despite your promise to the gods to protect them! And- and then you silence our truths to save face! Have you no shame?! The gods should abandon you for your shameful practices! (disgusted/angry)
Oooh, I'm so excited! I just managed to save up enough for a new typewriter! Thank goodness- my quill is on her last legs and I don't know how long she'll last! (excited/happy)
Base Role:
A lead role, The Narrator follows Prometheus through his adventures in different universes. He is constantly commenting and nitpicking Prometheus' actions. He is a being born since before very existence came into concept and is bound to the tome Prometheus is bound to himself. Playful and sarcastic, The Narrator acts as the voice of the story and as Prometheus' conscience.
Base Character:
Snarky and mean, The Narrator is tired of his years being trapped within the tome. He has a disdain for mortals and for Prometheus. He is cold but grows to care for our protagonist overtime and acts as a voice of reason against impulsive thoughts and actions in Prometheus' brain. He can be a bit cruel and often speaks with sarcasm and annoyance dripping from his voice. He's not evil or bad but he isn't entirely good either.
Base Voice:
The Narrator has a deeper, calm voice - the voice of a stereotypical Narrator a British or American accent will work. It's calm and collected, often having an air of superiority to it.

Silence Prometheus. You mortal morals are beneath me- I do not care for the good or the bad I would do what is needed for us to survive. I do not care if you pass but I will not allow you to drag me down with you.
Prometheus ran, the moron thinking he could outpace death but trying anyways. The forest winding around him and the dark arms of trees seeming to reach out to him as they grasped and tugged at his clothes- absolutely useless fool- what? Nothing that I'm is a lie, don't look at me like some kicked dog.

Base Role:
Arthur is one of the lead characters/antagonists of the DTTA universe and there will be a lot of content regarding him, such as comics and little animations!
Base Personality:
Arthur is a golden child and prodigy who takes himself very seriously but is a doormat for those around him. He's often stressed and overworked but hides it behind a smile and gentle attitude. When in the company of strangers and those he does not know, he is quite snarky and sassy. When alone or in familiar company, he is generally more relaxed.
Base Voice Description:
He has a British accent and his voice is masculine, albeit more-so in the tenor/higher range, although his voice can lower significantly when he's being serious.

I am Agent Arthur Williams and you are arrested in the name of the Seer for your trespasses against the Dimensional Time Travel Authorities- oh, don't give me that look! You dug your grave so you can lie in it. (serious/sympathetic)
No Asmodeus, I am NOT getting back together with you. DO you even remember why we are divorcing because I certainly remember you cheating on me FOUR FUCKING TIMES! Now, GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE! (calm then angry)
Shut up. SHUT UP. I do not care what you have to say, I don't care that you're some evil god or whatever ready to monologue- you can shut it because I really do not care. I have a court date to attend to so I can get this stupid ring off my finger and then a bar to go black out in and wake up with more regrets than I bargained for and you are getting in the way of that. So, shut up and let me kill you already. (exasperated)
Base Role:
A lead character and main antagonist, Lucifer is the siren sent after Prometheus' soul when he's due past his time. He likes to toy with Prometheus, and whilst his job is to proper kill him using his scythes he's hesitant in ending something so young so he chooses to toy and tease to buy Prometheus a bit of time to get rid of the curse.
Base Character:
Sassy, flirty, and mean, Lucifer is a symbol of temptation and a lure. His voice is enchanting and alluring and his personality matches to boot. He loves to flirt and tease and play but avoids getting too close. He's confident in his skills and his appearance and it shows, with a sharp toothed smile and a hooded gaze he brings his prey to their grand finales, he has yet to find a foe who can outwit him but this clumsy vampire has him on a run for his money. Lucifer is a caring and kind individual behind a flirtatious mean girl façade, a devoted father to his son and a loyal friend. He's just doing his job, might as well take some enjoyment in it.
Base Voice:
Lucifer has a medium to deepish, raspy voice. He speaks in a slow almost sultry way and has a playful tone to his voice but isn't afraid to drop such a tone when he's serious. I'm hoping for him to have a light spanish accent (similar to the wolf example below) but I am open to a British or American accent as well but raspyness is a must but that is up to the Voice actor!

"You know... I am not one for vices but GODS, the smell of fear is absolutely intoxicating..." Lucifer sighs, "Go on, run- makes this all the more fun for me," Lucifer laughs, "Everyone thinks they'll be the one to defeat me. But no one's escaped me yet! So run fast and hard until you heart is ready to stop- I'll meet you there!" (Begins slow and mocking but picks up pace as Luci's voice crescendos into excitement)
"Are you sure you're sending me on the right guy? This isn't some joke? This bounty is young, he's barely an adult- and he seems like more of a danger to himself than to anyone else. Why do you have me hunting him for, my time is precious you know." Luci seems conflicted but hums to himself, "I suppose a good paycheck is a good paycheck... and my son has to eat." (Luci starts off calm but gets into an accusatory almost angry voice before calming back down as he reasons with himself)
