Charlie Fyffe Represents the Kamoshida of This Universe
Fyffe is an insane man and an utter fiend who bends the rights and wrongs of his actions by excusing himself as the "king of a castle" rather than the PE teacher of a school that he really is. He would regress his ideas of right and wrong to such a petty extent that not only would he be able to nitpick the errors of others isolated from the context, but he would justify his own actions based on mere emotions or elaborate excuses. This makes Fyffe a lustful, vain, cruel and utterly selfish bully who abuses his female students emotionally, physically and sexually, even going as far as pursuing a toxic relationship with ones that he had hooked an eye on. His own male students fare no better, as he subjects them to an utterly ruthless training regimen that many of them compare to torture, and will even use it as punishment if his team loses a game. His sheer egotism and vanity pushes him to sabotage a rival sport team of his own school purely because said team may rise to nationals. He believes his relative success as a coach and previous successes as an athletic champion gives him the privilege to do whatever he wants.

I'm the king of the Castle
No One Get's away from me!
Robbin represents the Madarame of this Universe
In public, Robbin comes off as polite, humble, and soft-spoken with a passion for the arts and pride in his impressive collection of art over the years. He might even self-deprecate himself as "cranky" and the like to emphasize on a virtuous display of character. In truth, Robbin is an amoral, greedy con man with an extremely self-centered view of the world and a bloated sense of self-importance, believing that he is a "God of the Art World," with merely taking the artwork of his pupils and claiming it as his own. Although Robbin was seemingly skilled enough at art to actually tutor students, he claims that the pupils that he's taken care of are his art, and uses that as an excuse to take their work as his own. Having suffered years of artist's block, Robbin resorted to extortion of his pupils to maintain his fame and cast them away the minute they were of no use to him. He is also not as poor or humble in his origins as he claims to be, as he owns a luxury car and a mansion.
Unlike Fyffe who outright abuses his volleyball team in Headstart High, Robbin hides his crimes and real personality from the public well. In the eyes of the public he is just a polite, humble and inspiring artist, even with many public protests against him, and his true personality is only known by people who know and live with him personally, namely his pupils.

Mine is a world the mediocre cannot understand
Who is to say, whether or not is protected?
Luke represents the Kaneshiro of this Universe.
Luke is a mafia boss and con-man who rose in the criminal underworld through clever use of blackmail. In the past, he was a poor man who barely had anything to spend, so he resorted to scamming others for money, creating a massive criminal enterprise that makes its living by scamming teenagers. His target preferences stems from his privileged beliefs, that teenagers are young, naive and easy to trick.
The situation has gone so severe, to the point that the police cannot do anything against him due to him being highly elusive and well-guarded along with his vast wealth reserves. One of his scams involved having his henchmen asking high school students to deliver an envelope for him to coin lockers for a large paycheck in broad daylight, but the envelope contains drugs and after he delivers the paycheck he will constantly blackmail the victim for ridiculous sums of money with picture proof of the victim delivering the drugged envelope or else he will expose them to their school.

You don't need smarts, if you got the dough.
Robert represents the Okumara of this Universe.
Robert Jervis is the third president of Jervis Foods, preceded by his father.
Jervis is an ambitious and career-focused professional who is always chasing his next victory. However, for his daughter, his employees and his fellow higher ups, his ambitions come with a complete, deliberate ignorance of the pain he causes to his company or his family. No matter how many scandals Jervis Foods faces due to its poor safety practices and punishing work hours or how obviously unhappy Holly is with his manipulations, Robert refuses to let his nobler passions influence his business, instead behaving as ruthlessly as he feels he must to get ahead in the world.
Mr. Jervis only has one child, his daughter Holly Jervis. Both Jervis himself and Holly, as well as other associates of Jervis Foods had mutually admitted that he used to genuinely care for her in spite of his rather unethical and overambitious business practices, up until he attempts to arrange a marriage for her with Max, an abusive man who does not treat her as anything other than "a plaything" for the sole reason of trying to compete with Jace Hamilton for premiership.

Izzard represents the Maruki of this universe.
Dean is a voluntary counselor who cares about the students in the school and sympathizes with Charlie Fyffe's victims. As a counselor, he is quite friendly to those who reach out to him and is extremely patient, allowing them to control the flow of their conversation. He is alert and quick to pick up on minor comments made by his patients that helps open them up. He is also highly clumsy, quirky and is prone to messing up in comedic situations, unlike most of the other teachers who have no-nonsense, regular personalities. According to Mark, he also has a tendency to charge into things rather impulsively.

Summer Represents Tae Takemi in this Universe
Summer Durrant is the owner of Durrant Medical Clinic in Lilydale, which acts as the main supply for the party's recovery items in the game. She believes in her own theory of pharmaceutics and sells barely legal prescriptions to her patients secretly. She originally worked for a university but was fired after she was scapegoated for a disastrous medical trial she advised against.
Summer is a somewhat eccentric young woman. She dresses like a punk and has a morbid sense of humor, reacting with glee when she gets Taj to try out a new medicine, watching him squirm. Due to her bad reputation, she can easily tell when one of her patients has an ulterior motive, as those kind of patients are all she gets. Her reputation as "the Plague" has made her highly cynical and insecure, claiming that she's only good for making experimental drugs, even after being praised for curing a young girl.
She talks in a seductive type voice but is quiet and quirky when possible.

Several years ago, Kelsey was approached by a woman who attempted to sell him her infant son for drug money; when he refused, she abandoned her son and fled. Kelsey subsequently adopted the baby and named him George. Not wanting his son to suffer the way he did as a child, he was forced back into civilian life and runs Stuffed Air to support him. Kelsey did not have the heart to tell George about his past or how his father was involved with the Mob, instead telling him that he was a family friend who adopted him after his parents died in a car crash.

Peter James represents Yuuki Mishima in this universe.
Bullied, abused and ignored, Peter is an isolated individual who craves freedom from his day-to-day tortures. He used to be one of the students that Fyffe likes to abuse and harass the most and often uses him to spread unfavorable rumors to students that he dislikes against his own will. He was also beaten a lot, and was heavily injured when first met.
Peter is a second year high school student at Headstart High. He is a member of Charlie Fyffe's volleyball club, and is a frequent target of Fyffe's abuse. Fyffe uses Peter to call in other students to his office for "advice sessions" and also to spread nasty rumors online about anyone that Fyffe takes a dislike to. Taj is a victim of the latter tactic before even setting foot into the school. Peter is aware of the wrongness of his actions under Fyffe's orders, but is justifiably terrified of the consequences of going against Fyffe.

Mackenzie... Fyffe wants to see you...
Mackenzie represents Shiho in this universe.
Mackenzie at first glance seems to be a quiet and reserved girl who rarely talks to anyone and doesn't smile much. In fact, the only person she lights up around at school is Scarlett. She lacks confidence to a significant degree, thinking her volleyball skills are her only valuable attributes, and that this is "all she had."
In reality, she is an extremely stressed and traumatized teenager because she was one of the most frequent victims of Fyffe's abuse; he sexually harasses, assaults, and spikes volleyballs at her any time he sees fit. She would endure all of this and more for the sake of volleyball. Eventually, her friend Scarlett outright begins to avoid Fyffe's sexual advances; as a consequence, he declares he's going to strip Mackenzie of her starting position.

Eva represents Chihaya Mifune in this universe.
Eva is a cheerful woman with a lovely atmosphere about her, with a rumour of her fortunes being infallible. This is for the most part accurate as her predictions have an uncanny ability to be properly divined down to the most minute details. However, her time with the ADP distorted her views to the point that she initially warns her clients of ill tidings that could not be changed unless they bought "Holy Stones" from her, piles of rock salt. While she knew the stones had no power, she chose to keep selling them so she could save others and not be viewed as a monster.
Eva is a tarot fortune-teller who runs a fortune-telling stand in Knox. She has a bright and cheerful atmosphere about her, but her fortunes always hit the mark. She is rumored to definitely be a "real fortune-teller," but continually recommends "Holy Stones" alongside her fortunes.
In her youth, she lived in a remote village where the children always obeyed their elders. She had omniscience powers that allowed her to predict disasters but soon became ostracized as a "monster" for continually reporting disasters, causing her to become ostracized by the other villagers. She eventually fled to Victoria, where she was discovered by ADP chairman Harold, who took her into his group.

How can your fate be changed?!
Dylan represents the Kobayakawa (Principal of Shujin) In this universe.
Dylan is a hedonistic and apathetic man with an overinflated ego who only cares for the reputation of his school and his own status. When eavesdropped in Belgrave he even outright states that he's doing this all for himself, and that people might envy him. Unfortunately, many of his policies do more harm than good, as he is most well known for condoning Fyffe's heinous crimes (most notably abusing and molesting students in the PE office or any other private area where he believes nobody can see or eavesdrop) simply because he was an Olympic athlete who was supposed to grant the school reputation for high quality volleyball tutoring.
Dylan is the principal of Headstart High and spent years building up its notoriety, even employing a former volleyball Olympian, Charlie Fuffe, as an instructor for the school. However, Fyffe began abusing his students and athletes, sexually abusing the female athletes, and either disbanding other male athletic teams that may threaten the position of his team by force or subjecting his own male athletes to draconian torture-like training. Despite all this, Dylan turned a blind eye to his actions, even hushing parental concerns and ultimately strong-arming the faculty and much of the other students into silence regarding the matter, all for the sake of preserving Headstart High's image provided by Fyffe.

Kerry represents the Wakaba Isshiki in this universe.
Kerry's personality is largely said to be nearly identical to Isla's. She is highly intelligent and knowledgeable in terms of cognitive psience and cooking, although she barely has any social skills to begin with. She is a workaholic and wouldn't let anyone disturb her from her research, especially when she knows that her job is life threatening. Despite this, she genuinely cares for Isla and is a great mother. Anything about her regretting birthing Isla is merely a fabrication made by Jace Hamilton in an unnecessarily callous means of quashing his opposition.
Kerry was Isla ____'s mother. She was a researcher of cognitive psience, the study of the supernatural "cognitive worlds" within every human mind. Kerry was very brilliant and talented in this field of study, to the point that she was employed at a government-affiliated research facility dedicated to cognitive psience.
During her time as a researcher, she became affiliated with a government official, James Redbeard, who served as a middleman between her research facility and the government. Redbeard eventually fell in love with Kerry, although Redbeard's romantic affections were never reciprocated in the form of a relationship. Nonetheless, they came to deeply care for one another, with both actively expressing their fondness for one another. One such example was how Kerry, upon tasting Redbeard's original curry and coffee recipes, took it upon herself to refine the recipes into the signature recipes used in Cafe Redbeard.

Isla represents the Futaba of This Universe
With a case of social anxiety bordering on agoraphobia developed from the trauma of losing her mother Kerry, combined with her generally introverted personality, Isla is strongly uncomfortable with going outside. When the tea first meets her, she is a shut-in who does not attend school and almost never leaves her room. She communicates with the world remotely via the Internet, and her adoptive father Jason Redbeard enables her lifestyle out of guilt that he could not protect her from trauma. Having disconnected herself from humanity and the world beyond her apartment, Isla suffers from suicidal depression, crippling bouts of anxiety and would freak out instantly when seeing unknown people inside Redbeard's house. When first encountered, Isla is so consumed with self-loathing that she suppresses her desire to live, causing her Shadow Self to develop a much more helpful personality than average, one who only desires Isla's happiness. Prior to her Change of Heart, she thinks that her room is the only place she actually feels safe to dwell within due to the frequent hallucinations she has about Kerry bearing hatred on her.
No! She scolded me whenever I had tantrums, but she cared for me! A total lie! It's because I couldn't face myself, or Mom's death... Even then, why did they have to yell at me like that!?"
Support's on the way!
