That's MY Scavenger - Wings of Fire Voice Acted MAP
Project Overview
With the release of the newest Wings of Fire graphic novel adaptation, I have decided to put together a Voice Acted MAP using one of the book's most iconic scenes- Moonwatcher meeting Winter and Qibli! But before the MAP call can go out, we have to cast our starting team!
For those that don't know, Wings of Fire (WoF) is a series that has dragons as the main characters. The first five books (first arc) revolves around the Dragonets of Destiny ending the war that has taken over Pyrrhia and its seven dragon tribes. The second arc (or "season") starts off with book six- Moon Rising. In this book, Moonwatcher attends the newly founded Jade Mountain Academy and must keep her rare mind-reading abilities secret. But things don't go as planned, and that is where the rest of the arc comes in!
Requirements:
- Must have Discord. Please provide your name and tag in any/all auditions. (As per TOS, must be 13+)
- Be able to meet deadlines and communicate any needed extensions.
- Voice actors- have a decent microphone with minimal to no background noise. Try not to move your mic while recording, and wait until your surroundings are quiet.
- Artists- Must be able to draw dragons to some degree. Storyboard artists only need to know how to do feral anatomy, but for designers, only one of the multiple characters is human.

Moonwatcher is a young NightWing with mind-reading abilities that she and her mother have kept secret. Because of her ability, she is often anxious and overwhelmed, though she also uses it to help others. She struggles at Jade Mountain Academy, trying to stay out of the way and avoid raising suspicion, but her fears don't stop her from holding her ground when she believes something is right. She should sound gentle and soft-spoken, though able to be firm when needed.

Qibli is another student at Jade Mountain Academy. He is distrustful and meticulous, always watching and analyzing his surroundings to assess threats and possible things to steal. However, he hides it with jocular nature and often cracks jokes hoping to get people to like him. He uses his comedic charm especially on Winter, though his interest in Moonwatcher quickly puts her on his list of people to get close to.

Winter is another student attending Jade Mountain Academy. He is the niece to Queen Glacier, and it isn't uncommon for his noble status to get to his head. He, like many IceWings, has a sort of superiority complex. He is deeply troubled, with lots of trauma and guilt revolving around his family and tribe. While he may act cold, brash, and even threateningly aggressive due to his upbringing, deep down he cares for others and questions what he was taught, eventually becoming openly selfless and caring. In this scene however, his patience is tested by others trying to eat his pet scavenger.

Kinkajou is young, bubbly, and fierce. Often underestimated for being a RainWing, she surprises others with her witt, confidence, and quick thinking. She loves being at Jade Mountain Academy with all of the other dragons and learning about the world, but she doesn't always get along with everyone. Kinkajou was one of the first dragons to befriend Moonwatcher, and isn't afraid to stand up for her shy friend.

Sunny is one of the Jade Mountain Academy staff members, previously known as one of the Dragonets of Destiny. Due to her kind nature and small size, she is often looked down apon by others who think of her as cute and gullible. Because of this, even when fighting for what she believes in, she still doubts her abilities. But her big heart is her greatest strength, and now she helps keep the peace at the newly founded school.
