Texting Hour || Original Semi-Animated Minecraft Roleplay Series
Project Overview
Hello everyone! This casting call is for my new roleplay series called "Texting Hour," a semi-animated third-person cinematic roleplay series!
"Texting Hour" is about a high school that experiences harm from a drama page. "Westside Weekly." The page harbors all the students deepest secrets. While the characters are trying to figure out who is behind the twisted drama page, romance blossoms, heartbreak and sadness reins, and new friendships are formed. Will they ever figure out who is running the page?
It will be released later on in the month of APRIL 2022. More roles MAY BE ADDED.
As for the trailer and other information, that will be released as soon as we get the cast filled up!

Shyer type of person. First to feel the drama of the school, but definitely not the last.
(annoyed/sassy) “Back up, I wouldn’t want you to get canceled, too.”
(annoyed) “Why is everyone so focused on my ex. He’s AN EX for A REASON.”
(sarcastic) “Kind of suspicious (pause) eh, like I care. You can kiss my ass.”
She's Hailey's best friend and will do anything to make sure her friends know she's there for him. She has a mid-high vocal range. She is also a member of the LG(B)TQ+ community
(supportive) “Hey.. don’t listen to people about your rumors..”
(knows something's wrong but gives up) “Alrighty, but you know that you can talk to me if you need..”
(reassuring and dedicated) “We WILL get to the end of this. Together. Hailey, we’ve been friends for nearly a year. I promise I will do anything you need to get to the bottom of this.”
Main drama queen.
(sassy) “Oh, would you looky there.. It’s the girl who eats her food with a knife.”
(bratty) “Hailey, bold of you to assume that I would get canceled. I bet your boyfriend.. Or well “ex-boyfriend”.. Would want more than a piece of me.”
(sassy and prying) “Well if I had to assume, whatever caused you guys to break up made you move to this school. I’d be rather curious if I was a member of the page, too.”
Bold and passionate about what she believes in. Not afraid to confront people, but is shy when doing so. Cares a lot about her brother and her family, but doesn’t want any extra additions. Despises kids.
(shy but serious) “Preston, you need to calm down and think about what YOU want.”
(cheerful and shyer tone) “Sure! I wouldn’t mind going out with you guys. It would be a nice change of heart.”
(sad) “The things that they are doing to you.. Is more than awful.. How.. how can they live with themselves..”
He has a deeper voice and is a part of the sports team. Brother of Naomi Lockehart and does anything to protect her.
(shyer tone but serious/over it) “Tanner, stop. You’re hate criming him for no reason.”
(serious) “So what if they say that..- It’s 2022. Let them say what they want to.”
(secretly wanting but plays it off) “C’mon, it’s the only way I can think that you could make up for it. Althoughhh, you don’t have to.”
Sebastian is a gay character who deals with a lot of issues and drama including him. He has a medium vocal tone and isn't afraid to say what's on his mind and heart.
(sarcastic but calm) “The only thing wrong is your jersey. It's on backwards.”
(serious and sassy) “Okay. For one, no. You won’t catch me DEAD in one of those. Two, especially not after it's touched your skunk-smellin ass. And three, your name. Goes. On. The. Back.”
(giving in) “(pause) Fine. I’ll go. Whatever.”
Has a mid-range voice. He's friends with the main jock group.
(serious) “Preston. Why didn’t you tell us sooner?”
(cocky) “Yo. Did you see the last set of the volleyball match? I bet it’s so easy to play volleyball.”
A part of the jocks. He has a high to mid range voice.
(jock-tone) “Bro. That was cheap. I should have won.”
(serious) “I think that you should leave. I can’t trust you anymore.”
(arrogant) “Yeah, I won when no one else could.”
He's a homophobic jock. He has a high to mid tone and is very arrogant when he speaks and has a lack of intelligence.
(disgusted/angry) “Why are you staring at me? You seem like you want a little more than my jersey.”
(arrogant/bragging) “I don’t smell like a skunk. I try my best to use pickaxe body spray. And you’re nothing but a little fruitcake.”
(snarky) “Well, obviously there’s a reason. He puts a bad rep on our football team. The other schools are calling us fruitball players.”
She has a sassy voice and is more mature sounding than the other drama girls, but that doesn't make her any less sarcastic-
(bratty/eyeroll) “Oh. It’s you again.”
(tired/sassy) “What could possibly be SO important that you’re making me stop touching up my make-up.”
