What is this?
This is a fandub of the anime "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime", also known as "Tensei Slime" or "Tensura".
Synopsis:
Satoru Mikami is an ordinary 37-year-old corporate worker living in Tokyo. He is almost content with his monotonous life, despite the fact that he doesn't have a girlfriend. During a casual encounter with his colleague, an assailant pops out of nowhere and stabs him. While succumbing to his injuries, a mysterious voice echoes in his mind and recites a series of commands of which he could not make sense. After regaining consciousness, Satoru discovers that he has been reincarnated as a Slime in an unfamiliar world.

About The Role
The job of the Video Editor will be to use the episode without vocals and the voice actors audio to match the lip flaps.

DESCRIPTION
Gobta is a Hobgoblin originally from the goblin village saved by Rimuru Tempest. He is one of the first martial art students Hakurou took in since the latter became a Kijin. Gobta lives in the capital city of the Jura Tempest Federation: Rimuru City.
PERSONALITY
Though he's considered a fool, he proves to be a very competent individual when the situation calls for it. His prowess on the battlefield surprises many. He is a natural airhead and an idiot but is a hidden genius. As the Goblin Riders' vice-captain and later captain, he is unexpectedly brilliant; in other words, a heavy sleeper. While he and Rimuru are detained in the Dwarf Kingdom, he sleeps through the entire imprisonment. In the anime, during his fight with Gabiru, Rimuru wonders if Gobta isn't actually a prodigy of some sort.

Kaido is the captain of the guards of Dwargon, and Kaijin's younger brother.
PERSONALITY
Kaidou takes his job as Captain seriously, this is shown when he locked up Rimuru and Gobta for fighting with humans, or when he exiled Kaijin and the others.

DESCRIPTION
Garm is a highly skilled blacksmith who hails from the Dwarven Kingdom, and brother to Dord and Myrd. Following his exile from his homeland, he found himself alongside Kaijin and his brothers and they played a pivotal role in laying the foundation for the Jura Tempest Federation. In the early days of the federation, Garm took on the role of overseeing the production of everyday clothing and undergarments. Currently, Garm collaborates closely with Kaijin and his brothers in a dedicated effort under the leadership of the Minister of Science, Vesta.
PERSONALITY
Garm, despite his dedication and strong work ethic, possesses a somewhat clumsy disposition when it comes to everyday tasks. He can be a bit of a character when it comes to his creative pursuits, especially in designing swimsuits for the women of Tempest. However, his playful, flirtatious nature occasionally crosses boundaries, as evidenced by his initial agreement with Kaijin and his brothers to build a mixed-gender bath for less-than-innocent reasons. Thankfully, his intentions were quickly curbed by the objections of Shuna and the other girls.

DESCRIPTION
Myrd is younger brother of Garm and Dord, highly skilled in construction and well-versed in the arts, After being exiled from his homeland together with his brothers and Kaijin, he played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Jura Tempest Federation. In the early stages of the federation, he was appointed as the manager of the construction team. He now works with his brothers and Kaijin under the leadership of Minister Vesta within the Ministry of Science.
PERSONALITY
Myrd, much like his brother, has a penchant for clumsiness in everyday tasks and has never been known for his skill in weaving lies. He tends to communicate through non-verbal cues, often responding with nods, which occasionally irks Rimuru. Myrd also harbors a somewhat lascivious nature, sharing his brothers' interest in designing attire for young women. However, his dedication to his work is unwavering, and the rare moments he does speak typically occur when engaging in conversations with beautiful women.

Treyni is a Dryad that resides in the Jura Tempest.
PERSONALITY
As the overseer of the forest, Treyni possesses a certain dignity and level of grace befitting the role. She is well-spoken and intelligent, able to mediate between multiple parties with ease. Beneath that exterior, however, is a childish and emotional person, much like her master, Ramiris. Whenever she's around Ramiris, she tends to show her true self and spoils her excessively, greatly stressing out Beretta – the only sense of reason within the trio. Her personality is virtually identical to Rimuru Tempest, as commented by him, except she's way more skilled in avoiding commitments and passing on any troublesome responsibilities to others.

Clayman was a Demon Lord, in the era of the Ten Great Demon Lords. He was ultimately slain by Rimuru Tempest after plotting the destruction of the Jura Tempest Federation and Rimuru themself at Yuuki Kagurazaka's direction.
PERSONALITY
Clayman was a cunning and manipulative Demon Lord, who preferred to operate from the shadows rather than engage in direct conflict himself. His expertise lay in intelligence gathering, utilizing his abilities to perfect his schemes and gain more power.

Ramiris is one of the first generation of Demon Lords, alongside Guy Crimson and Milim Nava, the third seat of the Octagram, and the manager of the Dungeon. She is also the Chosen Hero's Guide, said to bestow Divine Protection on Chosen Heroes. She preserves the balance of the entire world. She currently resides in Tempest.
PERSONALITY
She is a pleasant person. Though one doesn't feel a shred of a Demon Lord's dignity from her, she is nonetheless a pleasant person. Also, she is completely oblivious to her complete lack of a presence. Without listening to others at all, she just says whatever she feels like saying. She is a ridiculously free-willed individual. She acts a little smug due to being both the Elemental Queen and a Demon Lord but has no problem in helping Rimuru after finding out why he went to the labyrinth.

Yuuki Kagurazaka is a Japanese otherwolder summoned into this world and the one who made the Free Guild into what it is today. He serves the role of a deuteragonist for most of the series.
PERSONALITY
Yuuki is, at his core, a compassionate and caring person who wants to do everything in his power to help other people. His ideology is that of freedom and he hates people and things that restrict the freedom of others in any way. After the death of his parents, he vowed to change the unfair world that caused him and others suffering unnecessarily. He has a naive and childish goal of world peace, wanting to create a world where he and his friends can laugh and have as much fun as they want.

DESCRIPTION
Chloe Aubert is a Summoned Otherworlder and a student of the Freedom Academy. She is also the legendary Chosen Hero who imprisoned Veldora. Specializing in many time-related skills, she is an important recurring character whose past actions greatly impacted the events in the chronology.
PERSONALITY
Chloe is an introverted girl who likes to spend her time reading picture books and manga. While she appears rather cold and stoic most of the time, she can also be very emotional. Due to her traveling back in time many times to save her loved ones, she can be considered to have a very strong will and sense of determination, refusing to give up under dire circumstances and always carrying hope in her heart. She is merciless in battle, chasing and dispatching her enemies with brutal efficiency. Chloe has been shown to be very bold in her interactions with Rimuru and has snuck a kiss from him in more than a few occasions, tending to act like an adult around him. She has obtained a huge number of prominent figures trust over time, from humans to vampires to dragons and demons. As a time traveling hero, she often uses an alias or her manas’ name instead; only a few people know of her abilities and even then she does not brag or act shallow and always seen as someone who is a huge pillar of support to many people in their darkest hour.

Although Ryota is a timid guy, he is very scary when angered. Ryota appears like the average middle-schooler kid, with black eyes and neck-long black hair. He wears the classic uniform of the Freedom Academy.

Kenya Misaki is a student at Freedom Academy and a Summoned Otherworlder.
PERSONALITY
Kenya is shown to have a highly energetic, mischievous and aggressive personality, as seen during his first interactions with his new teacher Rimuru Tempest, where he attempted to constantly get a rise out of the latter by acting impious and rebellious towards him. This behavior having landed him to be branded as "troublesome" by his teachers and leading him to be placed in a separate class for troublemakers.

Elyun has a cheerful and positive personality but can sometimes be selfish. She is strongly compassionate and empathetic and can't stand to see the suffering of others, even willing to leak national secrets to help a friend in need of aid. She is a loyal ally and friend, and is welcoming with others, quickly accepting Shizu to their party, as well as befriending Shuna and Shion in Tempest.

Vesta is a former minister of Dwargon and the current Minister of Science for Tempest.
PERSONALITY
Initially introduced as an unlikable bureaucrat, Vesta has undergone a profound transformation since his relocation to Tempest. He embarked on a journey of self-reflection, leading to genuine remorse for his past actions. Demonstrating remarkable growth, he consistently seizes opportunities to extend heartfelt apologies to Kaijin, even when the latter has already forgiven him. Vesta's commitment to making amends is evident through his relentless dedication to research and development, pushing his mental and physical limits. His drive stems from a deep desire to not only repay Rimuru's kindness but also to mend the trust he once shattered with Gazel, whom he had previously disgraced.

Laplace is a powerful and skilled Majin working for the Moderate Harlequin Alliance and the Elf Former Chosen Hero
PERSONALITY
Despite his seemingly laid back attitude, Laplace is actually a strong and cunning individual who cares a lot about his friends and family. Laplace is known to possess a humorous side to himself as well, given how he mocked his Master and President, Kagali, who was the former "Demon Lord" Kazalim. However, despite such mockery, he deeply cares about her, and was known to act as a mentor figure to his friend Clayman, who had lost his mentor figure for a while.

Souka is Gabiru's younger sister and Abiru's daughter.

Souka is a dutiful individual who takes her job seriously, because of this she hardly says anything more than necessary. She is willing to throw her pride aside if it is to save her home and those close to her. She also has hidden feelings for Souei.

Abiru is a Dragonewt and the chieftain of the Lizardman Tribe. He's the father of both Gabiru and Souka.
PERSONALITY
Abiru, even as a young man, always had a bold and serious personality; something that only complimented the carefulness and wisdom he gained in his later years, making him revered as a hero-like figure among his people. As a leader, he knows to act as symbol of strength and perseverance, making sure to properly hide his emotions and say only the words his people need to hear.

PERSONALITY
Kakushin, like Sukerou and Yashichi, admires Gabiru immensely, constantly cheering him on from the sidelines as a cheerleader of sorts. He seems to be the most solemn of the three cheerleaders, and like the other two, he is willing to die if it's to help Gabiru.

Sukerou is a Dragonewt and one of Gabiru's subordinates.
PERSONALITY
Sukerou, like Kakushin and Yashichi, admires Gabiru immensely, constantly cheering him on from the sidelines as a cheerleader of sorts. He is willing to die if it's to help Gabiru, with him being the first that jumped in the way of Gelmud's Death-March Dance to protect him.

DESCRIPTION
Fuze is the Guildmaster of the Free Guild's Blumund branch and Assistant Supervisor of Blumund Kingdom's Intelligence Department.
PERSONALITY
He is a rather gutsy individual. He can be very tough on his underlings, but even so, he cares for their safety.
Fuze is very skeptical of information. He didn't believe that the Dwarf King could acknowledge a city of monsters as a proper nation, at least not until he went to see it for himself.

Velyard is one of Blumund's ministers. He is a landless viscount.
PERSONALITY
Although malicious, he has a strong sense of obligation. He is a man who handles work very well and is a sly old dog of a noble. Tricking people is like taking candy from a baby to him.

Geld is an orc in the service to Rimuru Tempest. As the right-hand man (and son) of the deceased Orc Lord, he now serves as the Orc King. He is the leader of the Second Corps, which acts as both the last line of defense for Tempest as well as the main team of the country's Department of Construction and Manufacturing while also serving as a member of Rimuru's Twelve Guardian Lords
PERSONALITY
Geld is among the most serious and hardworking of Rimuru's subordinates. He felt responsible for the Orc Lord Incident, to the point that he begged Benimaru to kill him and spare the rest of the orcs so that they could alleviate their hatred and works hard in order to pay for his people's sins. He has endured drought, famine and bitter winters alongside his father, giving him a resilience to the elements and experience with the feeling of hopelessness.

Gard Mjölmire is the head of the Jura Tempest Federation's Finances and Public Relations Department and is the representative of the Four Nations Trade Alliance, a position entrusted to him by Rimuru and secretly one of the leaders ofRiega.
PERSONALITY
Mjölmire possesses a remarkable ability to put people at ease through his extensive experience and innate talent as a merchant. His deep understanding of the trade not only allows him to forge connections but also grants him the uncanny ability to gauge a person's character with just a single glance. Despite his occasional crudeness, which he wears unabashedly, he remains unfazed by dealings that might be considered slightly questionable, given his lofty position as the head of a powerful economic conglomerate. However, his perception of boundaries remains intact, and he reserves his loyalty for those he deems worthy of his trust.

Tiss is shown to be a caring teacher, formerly being the homeroom teacher for Class S before she abandoned them and left them with Shizu.

Jeff is cocky and likes to brag about the students in Class A, because of this, he never gets along with Rimuru.

He remains extremely solemn and composed at all times. Even when tending to his ailing wife or walking with her after she was healed, he does not let his emotions show easily.

PERSONALITY
She is a kindhearted woman. Being bedridden for a long time, she envy people who have strong physique. Despite her weak constitution, she encourages her husband to support and sponsor Freedom Academy's yearly event. Through her support, she helps students to do what she cannot do.

Commanders are a rank of Phantoms that have the power of a Rank of A when fully incarnated and a Rank of B when not.

They are manipulative and gain satisfaction by watching others in pain.

He works diligently in the research department of the Jura Tempest Federation with Vesta and plays a major role in the production of Hipokute Herbs and potions. He is the captain of the Hiryuu of Tempest, the country's primary aerial attack force and a member of Rimuru's Twelve Guardian Lords.

Gabiru first appears to be a young and overconfident lizardman who is proud to be the first-named warrior in his tribe as he expresses annoyance at his father for not addressing him with it. Despite this, however, Gabiru holds his father in high regard and sees him as a proud and noble chieftain of the lizardmen and actually inherited quite a few qualities from him. Like Abiru, he is brave, loyal to his followers and kinsmen, as well as a natural leader gaining loyal subordinates who hold him in higher regard than Abiru himself.

He planned to create a species war in the Great Forest of Jura, but due to the sudden disappearance of its guardian the level of threat and activity of monsters was greatly increased, so he improvised with the creation of Orc Disaster — the new Demon Lord that would be manipulated and controlled by him, but it devoured him instead.

Gelmud was the type of person that could easily present himself as a well kept gentleman with polite manners and sophisticated speech, but in stressful situations where he is not in control this façade would slip off, revealing the prideful and easily irritated man he really was. Gelmud did not restrain from declaring and calling himself "Greatest Majin", "Great Powerful Majin" and "Great Lord Gelmud."

She was more than capable of fooling others and constructing well-thought out plans to achieve her goals when needed. She absolutely hates being treated like a kid, often admonishing Laplace and Clayman for doing so.

Milim, by nature, is a rather childish and outspoken individual. She isn't afraid to speak her mind and throws away any pretense of formalities. This, however, shouldn't be mistaken as her having the mind of a child. Those who can look past her childish demeanor will find a fierce, extremely intelligent woman who cannot be tricked or outsmarted even by the brightest minds. Despite this intellect, her tendency to be inconsiderate of other people and do whatever she wants often results in her overlooking the complexity and importance of a situation entirely, in favor of a more straight-forward approach. She is also extremely sensitive to gossip, especially when it relates to her, and anybody that insults or underestimates her often ends up dead or close to it as a result. She also dislikes ruling and constantly neglects her duty to instead find ways to entertain herself. She also likes Honey, which Rimuru uses to tame her.

She is a smug girl who loves stuffed toys. Like the other kids of Class S she is eternally grateful to Rimuru for saving her life.

As such he tends to have a very go with the flow demeanor, and a strong, curious drive to explore the world around him. His main trait is his diplomatic nature, which was shown in force since the moment he was introduced.

Enrio is a humble, hardworking, and fairly intelligent man, serving as a confidant to Phobio who tends to be rash. Enrio likes to take an intellectual approach to things, as during Phobio's survey of Rimuru City under the orders of Carrion to recruit Tempest, he opted to earn the trust of the nation of monsters, after having seen the high quality of life they enjoy, through diplomatic relations rather than subjugating them. Later while Phobio was still brooding over his humiliation from losing to Milim, Enrio reprimanded him from taking impulsive actions. Suspicious of the Moderate Harlequin Alliance, Enrio pleaded with Phobio to turn down their offer, and when that failed, he returned home and told Carrion of what transpired.

Diablo is whimsical but also very calculative when he wants to be. He usually displays an absolutely composed attitude, but whenever anyone insults Rimuru, his polite exterior turns into one of cold malice as he proceeds to punish the "sinner" in the most excruciating way imaginable, unless it goes against Rimuru's orders. However, when one has a good relationship with Rimuru, Diablo usually treats them in an amiable way, though that does not mean he won't manipulate them for his own ends, "his own ends" usually referring to being close to Rimuru more often.

Geld SR was a benevolent and caring ruler who put the needs of his people above his own. When they were starving, he offered them his own flesh to eat, and when they could no longer bear the famine, he was willing to become a monstrous and depraved Demon Lord all for the sake of offering his people a new home. Geld's immense guilt over the sins he committed for the sake of his people were what drove him to never stop in his quest for power. Even when his mental capabilities were reduced to an almost animalistic level, he kept moving forward for their sake. It was his loss against Rimuru and their promise to devour the sins of him and his people which allowed Geld to finally find peace and move on.

Charys, formerly known as "Ifrit" was a Greater Elemental and the ruler of flames sealed within Shizu by "Demon Lord" Leon. He was defeated and captured by Rimuru Tempest but was released two years later and became the sole assistant to Veldora Tempest

Charys initially had an underdeveloped ego and possessed the disposition of a feral animal. Though he displayed some intelligence in using the environment to his advantage and employing trickery against his opponents, he mostly acted only on instinct and indiscriminately attacked anything he perceived as a threat to himself or Leon. This caused his host Shizu a great deal of anguish as it costed her valuable relationships, resulting in an irreconcilable wall forming between them.

This tendency of his can be seen in full display during combat, where he uses vicious mockery and taunts to make his opponents fall into his hands.

He enjoys goofing off but was polite when working. He's probably the one who complains most about things even if Elyun is the true royalty here. He has the tendency to show off and become cocky as the team's leader at the wrong times which ultimately leads to their party meeting more trouble than they should.

Despite his fierce Ogre appearance and muscular build, he tends to be soft spoken, kind and polite. He was a former smith in the Ogre village with an obvious love for the Forge. Among the six ogres that joined Rimuru, Kurobe felt lost and unneeded until a chance meeting with the dwarf Kaijin working a forge nearby, and was immediately entranced and befriended him. Upon becoming a Kijin the next day, his whole personality shifted again from stoic to downtrodden to happy and hopeful, and swore to Rimuru to forge him the best weapons he could make.

Hakurou is a Majin in service of Rimuru Tempest. An elderly swordmaster whose skill was already legendary even as an unnamed ogre, but after being accepted and named by Rimuru he's only gotten stronger. He serves as the Chief Instructor of Tempest's military and as an executive as well.
PERSONALITY
Hakurou is usually calm. Although he's at the age to be someone's grandpa, his spirit is clearly years younger. He's able to correctly identify the skills Rimuru uses to incapacitate Kurobe, Shion, and Souei and the monsters they originate from just by seeing them used once. He trains Tempest warriors (including Rimuru himself) in swordsmanship and is notoriously strict at that. He also believes in teaching Arts as well, showing an understanding that monsters tend to rely too much on their skills.

Souei seems to be afflicted with Chunibyo. After being appointed as a ninja, he took the position very seriously — too seriously for some of his companions and coworkers. Regardless, his presence radiates composure and unblemished strength, though whenever he thinks anyone is insulting Rimuru, he gets a creepy smile on his face. He operates ruthlessly and doesn't interpose personal feelings. He keeps his delusions only to times of peace and properly makes sure that it doesn't interfere with his work.

Shion is the First Secretary of Rimuru Tempest and an executive within the Jura Tempest Federation's upper management. She is counted in the ranks of the Twelve Guardian Lords and Rimuru's Big Four, as well as leading her own personal army. She resides in the capital of Tempest, Rimuru City.

Shion appears as a cool, professional beauty at first glance, but is actually very clumsy and simple-minded. Despite her calling herself Rimuru's first secretary, she has no actual secretarial skills and serves as no more than a bodyguard, leaving Shuna to assume the duties of her purported job in her stead. She is strongly passionate about her interests, particularly cooking, and does not grasp the concept of restraint, putting her all into everything she does – be it good or bad – without considering the ramifications of her actions and those she burdens with the aftermath.

Shuna is a gentle and forgiving girl with keen senses. Being raised as a princess, she also possesses a refined and graceful personality. Rimuru often relies on her regal disposition when it comes to diplomacy with leaders of other nations. Initially, during her introduction, Shuna appeared to be shy and fearful, staying behind Benimaru and Hakurou while they confronted Rimuru. However, once they realized that Rimuru was not responsible for the attack and destruction of their village, they quickly allied with him. Shuna adapted to her new home and developed positive relationships with its inhabitants, showcasing her excellent social skills.

However, despite these personality quirks, he is a competent Prime Minister.
