For Raven have a laid back and cool voice.
"Haha Ol' Ravens going to make his daring escape."

"I'll give them a taste of my crunch attack!" (Howl)
For Hisca have a kind of serious voice or do what you want with her.
"Just cause I don't have large breasts like my sister doesn't mean I'm not still attractive!"
"Chastel why don't we look exactly alike?"
"Why wasn't I playable in Vesperia?!"
For Garista have a sort of intelligent and sarcastic voice kind of like Jade.
"What why are you comparing me to Jade Curtis?!"
"Ha is it really a shocker that I'm a traitor?"
"Rita Mordio can't even compare to my superior intellect."
For Chastel be kind of serious but not too serious or you can have your own take on her like Hisca.
"Captain what are your orders?"
"Hey what's so bad about me having breasts while my sister doesn't?"
"Flynn please don't start acting like Yuri."
"Yuri are you going to make it out alive?"
"Yay I made a Tales reference!"
"Why don't I have more screen time?"

For Estelle try to have a polite tone like her and also try your best to sound like Estelle's VA.

For try to sound like Maximillion Pegasus from Yugioh or sound like he does in the game.
"Oh this blastia looks stunning!"
"Just wait until they all see what I do in Tales of Vesperia haha."
