Project Overview
One-issue adaptation of Alan Moore's "The Anatomy Lesson" from Swamp Thing. For 21 issues, we have waited for Alec Holland to become human. Since issue 1, Alec has been a man mutated into a horrible plant monster -- but one that can be saved. In this issue, he is ripped apart. He is dissected. He is an anatomy lesson of a new man that was never a man at all. The Swamp Thing is a pile of plants that thought it was Alec Holland.
To be presented as part of motion comic & audio drama reel. Actors are welcome to any footage, edited any way they want -- just let me know whatever you need!

Grim narrator / evil scientist of the story. An inhuman plant monster in human skin. Eerie, creepy, and following the dark pulls of the Green calling him to examine the Swamp Thing.
[Narration, self] It's raining in Washington tonight. I'm thinking about the old man. And about blood. Will there be blood? I think so, yes. Blood in extraordinary quantities.
No, they're not. They look like his lungs. Real lungs let air pass through them. These don't work.
You see, sir. Listen, sir. You need to listen. If you ever thought about listening to me, do it now.. if that is a plant we have down there, then the containment...
Old, rich child in a candy shop. Loves his mechanical toys, and is giddy in using others for his own benefit. An old man, who sounds like one of those nasty 80s businessmen.
What are those, eh, Woodrue? His lungs or something? They look like lungs, don't they?
I am not, in your terms, an intelligent man. I am merely shrewd. We'll sort out your termination papers when you return.
You, uh... are you still intelligent, Holland? Can you understand what I'm saying?
A low-voiced, rumbling mass of weeds. Alec's lines are minimal, but very important. He's a monster that's finding out he'll never be a man.
The..... files.... Yes. I.... have read them.....
I.... never was... Alec Holland. I'll.... never be.... Alec Holland... Only... Plant food....
[Strangled yell]
