Hey Guys! This will be a group of voice actors/singers covering Steven Universe songs, and singing SU-inspired songs, and voicing characters for animated shorts! I would love to have as many people as possible working on this project as possible! Now let me fill you in on what I need

Animator is the hardest Job for this project. If we choose to do an original song, or original animated short, all of the animation will go to you. You will work heavily with the artist and the writer as to what emotions and intents and things need to be portrayed if not fully clear

Ruby is a member of the Crystal Gems who was originally a Homeworld Gem soldier 5,750 years (and 8 months) ago. After accidentally fusing with Sapphire, the two fled in order to prevent Ruby from being shattered at the hands of Blue Diamond. She and Sapphire helped each other adapt to Earth. Ruby later joins the Crystal Gems

Steven is the youngest member of the Crystal Gems, the son of Rose Quartz and the only known half-human half-gem hybrid. He is energetic and fun-loving most of the time, but when necessary can be mature way beyond his age. Steven's selfless nature often leads him to bottle up his own emotions which he believes to be unimportant, and to sacrifice himself for others. He often feels responsible for Rose Quartz's absence, no matter how many times the gems reassure him, and works tirelessly to live up to his mom's legacy. I would prefer if you could do his voice later in the series rather than earlier in the series, but please feel free to try one or both!

Square mom (Garnet)
Garnet is leader of the Crystal Gems since Rose Quartz's death; she has a strong, commanding presence, and her sense of humor is often masked under a serious tone. She takes her duty as one of Steven's caretakers seriously, judging when to give him space and encouragement to grow as a person, and when to keep him on the sidelines and out of danger. She's patient, rational, and often who the other gems look up to for guidance.

Does Bird mom really even need an explanation?
Pearl is one of the longest-standing members of the Crystal Gems. Back on Homeworld she belonged to Pink Diamond, but when Pink fell in love with Earth and decided to fight for the planet as Rose Quartz, Pearl fought by her side as a free gem. Pearl harbored romantic feelings for Pink/Rose, so when Steven was born she blamed him for the death of his mother; but as time passes she learns to move on.

But nooo, instead, we drove to loud music, chased a mysterious woman into the night, and broke the law. Ugh, I've lost my edge. I should have stayed home with the puzzle.

Amtheyst, the goofball of the main three crystal gems that parent over steven. She is the one with the most emotional stress and struggles with self worth as well as self image.

We should all know by now the adorable and lovable Peridot. While she might not have a major part in any projects just yet, given time, she will most likely play a very big role.

Lapis is a troubled soul, she has been trapped against her will, mistreated, abused, she is skeptical of everyone that tries to be nice to her and tries to be close to her. Most of all, she is scared of being trapped again.

Yellow Diamond, the first diamond introduced as part of the diamond authority, is quick to temper, and has very little patience for anyone else. She is stuck inher own head most of the time, focused only on what she wants, and not about what others need or want. She can be a great leader besides these facts. Singing will be very important for this role

You will mainly be working on creating instrumental tracks for our songs. You will also be responsible for mixing vocals in original songs and covers. It's alright if you can only do one or two of these things; please just specify in your audition.
