Jimmy is one of the main characters in Steve and Jimmy. He's the more serious one, often berating Steve on his poor choices and getting them into trouble. Although Steve annoys him, he still helps Steve with whatever situation he finds himself in.

Like Jimmy, Jenny is very level-headed. She is known to be smarter than Jimmy, though, and will often take things in a kinder approach. Often times she is dragged into Steve and Jimmy's problems and has to help them figure them out.

Shelly is a tad odd, but Jenny and her are best friends and roommates. She's hyper and some would say filled with ADHD. When it comes to adventure, she always agrees without hesitation. Steve often coerces her into joining their shenanigans.
