Welcome to StarFallStudioZ! We are building a tight-knit core team to bring a massive Sonic universe (30+ characters) to life across YouTube and VRChat.
We aren't just hiring line-readers—we are looking for OFFICIAL CHANNEL PARTNERS. When you join, this is as much your channel as it is mine. You get creative input, video pitch freedom, and direct involvement in growing the studio!
VERSATILE VAs PRIORITY: Because our roster is huge, we are capping the core cast at 8 to 12 actors. We are heavily prioritizing VAs who can voice MULTIPLE CHARACTERS with distinct, recognizable range.
FEMALE VA PRIORITY: Female voice actors are in high demand for our main roster! Versatile male VAs are also needed for backup roles I am not voicing.
FRIENDLY & COLLABORATIVE: You'll be working alongside a dedicated crew of creators and VAs. Got a video idea? Pitch it! Want to record a VRChat skit while I'm away? Send it over and I'll edit and upload it!
💰 COMPENSATION & PERKS
DEFERRED / REVENUE SHARE: $0 upfront out-of-pocket (protects production consistency for weekly releases). Once the channel reaches YouTube monetization, ad revenue, sponsorships, and channel profits will be split fairly among active partners.
FULL PROMOTION: Every single video description will feature direct links to your YouTube, Twitch, Twitter/X, or casting socials.
DISCRETIONARY BONUSES: Optional tips/bonuses may be awarded for partners who step up to assist with video editing or hosting VRChat filming sessions when budget allows.
🚨 STUDIO RULES & TEAM REQUIREMENTS
17+ Only (18+ Preferred): VAs must be at least 17 years old to apply.
Clean Microphone Quality: Clear audio with no background noise, heavy room echo, or peaking.

Acting & Emotion > 100% Exact Impression: Capture the character's energy, comedic/dramatic timing, and personality! Exact voice accuracy is secondary to great performance.
VRChat Setup (Huge Plus!): Owning VR for live body-acting shoots is a massive bonus, but audio-only VAs are still very welcome.

However, beneath his jumpy nature and boastful posture lies the heart of a true royal guard. When his friends—especially Bunnie or Sally—are in real danger, Antoine pushes past his fear and stands his ground with real swordsmanship, honor, and bravery.

Role Description: We are looking for a passionate 2D artist to help define the visual identity of StarFallStudioZ. This role includes designing reference sheets for original characters, drawing YouTube thumbnails, creating promotional poster art, and sketching concept pieces for long-form scripted videos.
Key Responsibilities:
Thumbnail & Poster Art: Drawing bold, eye-catching promotional art featuring Sonic cast members and original characters.
Character Reference Sheets: Creating clean front/back/side reference sheets and expression sheets for original characters and VRChat 3D modelers to reference.
Visual Storyboarding (Optional/Bonus): Rough sketch work for key cinematic beats or action sequences.
Note from the Director: Art is what hooks people before they even hit play. We need an artist who can draw expression, action, and heart—someone who loves the franchise, respects original character concepts, and wants to see their work front-and-center on our channel.

📄 Role Breakdown: Scriptwriter
Responsibility: Drafting episode scripts, scene outlines, dialogue polish, and cinematic action directions across a massive variety of video formats.
Show, Don't Tell: When writing scenes—especially ones that carry a message or life lesson—you must demonstrate character growth, choices, and consequences organically through action and natural interaction rather than preachiness or heavy-handed exposition.
Pacing & Formatting: You must be able to structure scenes cleanly, write clear action cues in brackets, and balance dialogue with visual beats so the script is effortless for VAs and animators/body actors to execute.
Tonal Versatility: You must be able to adapt your writing style seamlessly depending on what the video requires:
Funny & Comedy: Sharp timing, witty banter, absurd situations, and slapstick action cues.
Sad & Emotional: Heartbreaking character moments, quiet vulnerability, and heavy emotional weight.

Responsibility: Combining voice actor audio, VRChat body-acting footage, music tracks/covers, and sound effects into polished, high-energy videos.
Pacing & Audio Sync: Sharp timing is everything. You must be able to sync audio perfectly with body movements, time comedic beats cleanly, and build tension during dramatic scenes.
VFX & Visual Polish: Adding impact effects (screen shakes, motion blur, directional flashes, color grading, and dynamic speed ramps) to elevate fight scenes and cinematic moments without cluttering the screen.
Submission Requirement: Submit an editing reel, portfolio link, or sample video edit (AMVs, action scenes, or cinematic dub edits allowed) demonstrating sound sync, pacing, and visual effects work.
