Role: 2D Concept & Promotional Artist

Pay: $40 Flat Rate (per piece/commission) + YouTube Revenue Share + Channel Promotion

​Joining this project means becoming part of an official, professional, and dedicated team. I am very picky about who I work with, and we maintain strict standards to keep the environment safe, smooth, and fun for everyone.

​Portfolio > Style Matching: Your ability to capture dynamic poses, expressive character interactions, and clean line work matters infinitely more than perfectly copying one specific Sonic art style.

​Age Limit (17+ Only / 18+ Preferred): You must be at least 17 years old to apply. 18+ is heavily preferred to ensure minor safety and a mature team dynamic across the studio.

​Communication & Deadlines: You must be active on Discord/team channels and able to communicate progress updates, sketch drafts, and revisions clearly with the director.

​No Drama: Keep it completely drama-free. Unnecessary drama results in immediate removal.

​Family-Friendly Tone & Community Integrity:

​Content & Language: We maintain clean entertainment. Heavy profanity or inappropriate theme usage in promotional art is strictly prohibited.

​Inclusive Environment: Zero tolerance for slurs, hate speech, or discrimination. We accept and welcome all races, genders, and sexualities.

​Teamwork & Vision: You will work directly with the director to bring original character designs, promotional banners, thumbnail art, and concept sheets to life.

​🎨 Position Breakdown: 2D Concept & Promotional Artist

​Role Description: We are looking for a passionate 2D artist to help define the visual identity of StarFallStudioZ. This role includes designing reference sheets for original characters, drawing YouTube thumbnails, creating promotional poster art, and sketching concept pieces for long-form scripted videos.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Thumbnail & Poster Art: Drawing bold, eye-catching promotional art featuring Sonic cast members and original characters.

​Character Reference Sheets: Creating clean front/back/side reference sheets and expression sheets for original characters and VRChat 3D modelers to reference.

​Visual Storyboarding (Optional/Bonus): Rough sketch work for key cinematic beats or action sequences.

​Note from the Director: Art is what hooks people before they even hit play. We need an artist who can draw expression, action, and heart—someone who loves the franchise, respects original character concepts, and wants to see their work front-and-center on our channel.

​📋 PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

​3–5 Samples of Character Art: Showing full-body poses, expressions, and dynamic action.

​Sonic / Mobian Style Familiarity: Show us any Sonic/furry/stylized art you've done in the past.

​Work Process Example: Include at least one example showing your process (Sketch \rightarrow Lineart \rightarrow Final Color).
