Star Wars: The Tomb of Saalo Morn Audioplay
Project Overview
This project is a short audioplay following a collection of select memories of the ancient fallen Jedi Saalo Morn, chronicling his journey to the dark side. They are designed to be used with an in-production fan module for the FFG Star Wars Roleplaying game. While exploring Saalo Morn's tomb, they encounter several rooms and objects imbued with the Force, granting them snippets of visions into the past.
Voice Actor
Saalo Morn is a young Jedi initiate training on a remote world under his master, Vy'ra Treen. Despite constant and diligent work, Saalo continues to struggle with his waning Force connection. His fear and unsurety slowly turn to bitterness and anger, and that emotional turmoil is the focal point of his character arc.
I won't fail you again Master.

Ah, here we are…[While looking through files] You didn’t notice? She’s stopped informing me of group training exercises. I’ve been doing nothing but research for almost a month. My training program has been wiped from the combat droids’ memories. Something is up.
Spare me the apologies, Vy'ra.
I've outgrown your empathy... [With disgust]...and your pity.
Your apprentice...as you knew him...is dead. [Almost spitting the word 'dead']

Boma Frill is a fellow Jedi Initiate; he/she is characterized as a bit nervous or anxious; think typical sidekick role.
What was so important that you couldn’t have just asked Master Treen about it?
[Nervous, twitchy] Saalo, we shouldn’t be in here. If Master Treen finds us snooping through her quarters, we’ll be on archival duty for a week!

A training robot meant for lightsaber combat drills. Use any speaking star wars droid as reference. (You're welcome to modulate your voice if you have that skill, but otherwise don't worry about it)
Correction: Shall I run program Initiate combat drill?
Confirmation: This is an advanced-level drill.
It may prove fatal to initiate-level combatants.

Vy'ra Treen is a wise Jedi Master, whose voice is full of kindness and understanding. She should sound compassionate without sounding patronizing; understanding without sounding assuming. A true mentor.
Size holds no import to the Force, little one.
Remember, it is the Force that binds the universe together; it is the Force that moves the planets, suns, and moons in their regular form. It is the Force that breathes life into all living things.
