Peter should sound caring, kind, loyal, anxious and intelligent. He should also sound a bit nerdy when he isn't dawning the legendary Spider-Man Costume. However, once in costume, Spider-Man sounds much more serious, braver, a bit more lighter and innocent, as well as more comedic.
Whatever life holds in store for me, I will never forget these words: "With great power comes great responsibility." This is my gift, my curse. Who am I? I'm Spider-Man.
The great thing about MJ is... when you look in her eyes and she's looking back in yours... everything... feels... not quite normal. Because you feel stronger and weaker at the same time. You feel excited and at the same time, terrified. The truth is... you don't know what you feel except you know what kind of man you want to be. It's as if you've reached the unreachable and you weren't ready for it.

Gwen Stacy is a well-balanced, smart young woman. She is somewhat self conscious, at times, and can feel snubbed easily. However, she is not one to hold a grudge; she forgives and forgets as quickly and easily as she may feel slighted.
It's easy to feel hopeful on a beautiful day like today, but there will be dark days ahead of us too. There will be days where you feel all alone, and that's when hope is needed most. No matter how buried it gets, or how lost you feel, you must promise me that you will hold on to hope. Keep it alive. We have to be greater than what we suffer. My wish for you is to become hope; people need that. And even if we fail, what better way is there to live? As we look around here today, at all of the people who helped make us who we are, I know it feels like we're saying goodbye, but we will carry a piece of each other into everything that we do next, to remind us of who we are, and of who we're meant to be.

Peter, you don’t need to study. You’re, like, the smartest guy I’ve ever met. And besides... um, a rebellious group activity the day before competition is good for morale.
What are you sorry for this time? The dance? That, um... was a pretty crappy thing to do.

Poor Peter Parker. No father. No mother. No uncle. You're all alone.

May Parker is nurturing and supportive of Peter as a mother figure, although throughout most of Spider-Man's history, she has not known of his secret life and considered Spider-Man frightening.
I believe there's a hero in all of us, that keeps us honest, gives us strength, makes us noble, and finally allows us to die with pride, even though sometimes we have to be steady, and give up the thing we want the most. Even our dreams.
Uncle Ben meant the world to us. But he wouldn’t want us living one second with revenge in our hearts. It’s like a poison. It can — it can take you over. Before you know it, turn us into something ugly.
