Spider-Man: One More Day Part One Comic Dub
Project Overview
Introduction:
Hey there! I am currently looking for a voice talent to help me dub the infamous comic known as Spider-Man One More Day!
This video would be uploaded on my YouTube and other social media platforms I own! Please check out my channel and see my other work I have done on comic dubs! My videos are usually short, but I decided to challenge myself this time around.

The part of Peter Park/Spider-Man will be played by me, as you see in the trailer for this casting call. If this video ends up performing well, it's very likely that this will end up having a part two, in which I would love for all the OG VA's to come back! And if any of the other parts have future/new roles, you can expect to see another casting call!
Story Summary:
After the events of Civil War, where Spider-Man revealed his identity to the world for Iron Man, he quickly faces the consequences. All his villains start hunting down Peter Parker and trying to kill him and anyone he loves. Sadly, after Peter dodges a bullet, it ends up hitting his Aunt May instead. Because Peter ended up betraying Iron Man's side during Civil War, he's a wanted man. He admits May to the hospital under the fake name "May Morgan" where he hopes she can pull through, but seems unlikely. He realizes that this is one man's fault... Stark. He goes to pay him a visit. But things turn violent.
RULES:
Have decent audio quality! USB or XLR is fine, so long as the background noise is little to none.
You do NOT have to do perfect impressions of the characters from any shows/movies they might've appeared in. You're more than welcomed to do so, but original interpretations are also welcomed!
All ages are allowed to audition!
Please have a Discord account as that will be the main source of communication! Be prepared to be added to a group chat and potentially a server!
Although the line counts are low, the lines themselves are long at times. Almost bordering to be monologues.

Major Role: 20 Lines
The man responsible for Peter revealing his identity. Causing Peter's life to spiral out of control. The cocky billionaire playboy philanthropist. Iron Man is a businessman and entrepreneur who seeks to innovate and improve his technology, both for society's benefit and his own. Iron Man is one of many Marvel heroes with a genius-level intellect, but his focus on societal application alongside hard science distinguishes him from other heroes. The character is a futurist, and he works to identify solutions for problems that have yet to emerge. This preemptive problem-solving was a driving force in his organization of the Avengers and later in his support for the Superhero Registration Act during the Civil War event.
Voice Range: Medium to Medium-Low. Snarky, confident and gives off a "devil may care" attitude.

"Have you lost your MIND!? Why would to EVER come here?!" (Panicked. angry, questioning Peter)
"Dude... You're embarrassing me in front of wizards..." (Monotone, quippy)
Side Role: 10 Lines
The wife of Peter Parker (for now), witnessing her husband go through what might be his most tragic event. She remains supportive and takes care of a dying Aunt May. Throughout her initial appearances, Mary Jane was written as a foil to Peter's initially intended soulmate, Gwen Stacy, with her extroverted, fun-loving personality (a mask for her troubled home life) contrasting with Gwen being more like Peter in demeanor and intellect. Nonetheless, following Gwen's death in, the heartbroken Mary Jane became more caring and empathetic, and eventually one of the few people to consistently know Peter's secret identity. This would result in the two falling deeply in love and eventually getting married.
Voice Range: Medium. Mature, but not stuck up. Should sound like a cool aunt that flirts too much with their husband in public.

"Peter! I saw you on T.V. ... Saving those people... I was frightened for you, but you were wonderful!" (Scared at first, but amazed at their boyfriend)
"Face it, Tiger... You just hit the jackpot~" (Flirty)
Major Role: 20 Lines
The doctor put in charge of Aunt may while she's at the hospital. Not much is known about him, but he's characterized as a kind, but realistic man. He doesn't believe May will pull through, especially because of her age, condition and lack of financial backing. He is very sympathetic to Peter and M.J, but has to break the bad news to them regardless. Spider-Man saved his uncle, so he pulls as many strings as he can for Peter, but doesn't believe it will truly matter in the end. But does it out of the kindness of his heart and because he was inspired by Peter's heroics.
Voice Range: Medium-low to Low. Professional, kind, wise, elderly. Sounds like he's too used to being the bearer of bad news.

"I had an uncle who almost died 2 years ago… He was in an accident and... Spider-Man saved him. (Discovering Peter's identity, thankful)
"Son… listen to me. You have to accept the facts. In her condition, at her age… There’s no coming back." (
Minor Role: 5 Lines
Iron Man's/Tony's AI Assistant. Constantly giving him updates about battles and taking orders from Tony. Can sometimes act a little sassy towards Tony, most likely because he programmed it like that.
Voice Range: Open to any pitch. Just sound robotic.

Minor Role: 7 Lines
Butler to Tony Stark. He usually serves him without question, but has rare moments of standing against him. He's in love with Aunt May, so hearing about the news that she might die soon takes a toll on him. It especially affects him when he actually sees May on the hospital bed. He gives money to Peter from Tony in an attempt to save her. He's a proper man with the most pristine manners. Although, no one pegged him for the romantic or sensitive type.
Voice Range: Medium-low to Low. Baritone, proper, professional. May or may not have a British accent.
NOTE: If you believe you can do an accent, I ask that you do two auditions/takes where you act the lines with and without the accent!

" I'm a butler, you know. And yet- I believe myself to be indispensable to these heroes I serve. I believe that because I care for them, and I am always available. I have now powers, but that makes me no less worthy of their friendship." (Heartfelt, talking to a close friend)
"I... I'm sorry Peter. I heard the news, I thought I was strong enough, but seeing her like this is... unbearable. I just love her so much... (Trying to act brave, almost crying)
