Project Overview
Hey guys! I know there's quite a few fan dubs for this webtoon surfacing, but most end up not continuing which makes me sad. So, here I present you with one that a friend and I plan on continuing! So I hope you're in it for the long run, because we're GOING TILL THE END.
Webtoon Description: Content with her ordinary life, Lyra is somewhat of a wallflower. However, her comfortable lifestyle suddenly goes astray when she accidentally plunges into the world of sirens. Entangled in a curse, Lyra will learn that her world may be a lot bigger than she had ever imagined.
As of now, Pele and Kori have been casted off-site. We'll be adding roles as we need them so as of now we only have characters needed towards the beginning of the story.
STORY AND ART BELONGS TO INSANTMISO. I just want to bring her story alive!

Lyra is the main female protagonist of Siren's Lament. She works as the owner of her grandmother's flower shop, "Carnation". Lyra is shown to have a very sweet demeanour and a sort of 'wallflower' perspective of life. She's friendly, personable, and helpful, making her a fairly responsible woman. She's also fairly optimistic and strong-minded, not easily giving into despair and staying strong in her beliefs. Lyra deeply values her friendships with Shon and Kori and loves her grandmother. She believes them to be selfless people, and denies Ian's accusation of her own selflessness on their behalf. Medium-Low Pitched Voice.
Yeah, writing stuff down helps maintain my mental to-do list and prevents me from forgetting. I literally put sticky notes everywhere--it drives Granny crazy.

Shon, will you be staying for a while? Can you do me a favor and make sure Ian doesn't destroy the shop or something?
Shon is one of the main male protagonists of Siren's Lament. He works part-time alongside Lyra at her flower shop while balancing his other job as a luggage handler on a cruise ship. Shon is shown to be a kind and mature young gentleman whom cares deeply for Lyra and his family. However, he seems to be unaware of Lyra's romantic feelings for him, causing their relationship to become somewhat strained whenever moments between them get too intimate. Medium pitched voice.
Are you still getting ready? I'm not too early, am I? Or maybe I'm too late--is it really six o'clock already?1
Lyra...you should be careful. Because when you say those kinds of things...I'll only want more of you.
Hey, Ian! I never said anything like that!
Ian is the one of the main characters in Siren's Lament. Lyra named him after her dead pet goldfish. Ian at first loathes Lyra because of her boring personality. The two meet under interesting circumstance. Ian tries to make Lyra a siren so that he can become human but that backfires since the curse didn't completely work. The two end up as half-sirens. Medium-Low Pitched voice.
He's talking about deflowering you or something.

Aleah is a minor character in Siren's Lament. She is Shon's girlfriend and Ian's original target to break the curse. Aleah is mature and usually withdrawn. While Kori assumes her to be snotty and unfriendly, she is understanding as shown when Lyra spills a drink on her. Since her heart was broken, she is not eager to make friends or have relationships, although she took comfort in being able to talk to Shon. Any pitch. Mature voice.

I used to be naive once...I refused to think of the consequences and thought love would work everything out on its own. But I was too reckless. I wound up hurting myself even more and losing everything I had...
Tua is a supporting character in Siren's Lament. He's a siren, and good friends with Ian. He has an attraction towards Pele, a fellow siren. Tua first shows up trying to scare Lyra in the ocean, but turns out to be a fun-loving spirit who tells Ian and Lyra the stories of Poseidon, the leader of sirens. He cares very much about the people he's met. Has a High-Medium pitched voice.
No worries. But if you really are sorry, maybe a kiss will make up for it, hmm?

Coen is Shon and Kori's little brother. He's young, and very energetic. He doesn't appear much, but much like his older brother, he's got a little crush on Lyra. He may be young enough for a girl to voice him, so by all means feel free to try! He's got a high pitched voice.
Lyra?! I'm gonna marry Lyra, you know!
Kori, what's "hung over"?
