Project Overview
Sinning Eyes is an animated horror series set in the late 1970s. In the small town of Dutche, Utah, two scientists are assigned to work on a high-priority confidential project to investigate an unknown anomalistic creature that has been murdering people in their homes every since the beginning of the 20th century.

Dr. Tobias Coulter is one of the main protagonists of Sinning Eyes. An US Army veteran, Coulter was one of the many scientists selected to work in the classified Project #772, set to investigate a mysterious entity that has been going on a murderous rampage for a few years by now. He's smart and straight-to-the-point, but he can be pretty strict and have a pretty short fuse.

Dr. Mark Wallend is the deuteragonist of the series. A laid-back, cheery and somewhat unprofessional guy, he's paired with Dr. Coulter to investigate the mysterious monster. However, he's shown to be much smarter than his partner thinks.

Sarah is the tritagonist of Sinning Eyes. Having known Tobias for a while, she gets involved in the project with him and Wallend. She's a sort of combination of Tobias and Mark, a very relaxed but also moody person.

Dr. Claude Hagen is the headmaster of the confidential Project #722. A brilliant mind, keen on making sure everything goes accordingly to his plans. He is determined to motivate his scientists to gather knowledge the best way they can.

Johan Argyle is the merry priest of the local church of Dutche. A loving man who always has a smile on his face, he's proud of the love shared in his community, and seeks out to make the world a much better place... In his own way.

Grace is the lovely wife of Tobias Coulter, and a sort of contrast of his personality as well. She's a charming and patient woman, and despite their differences, she and her husband will stick together no matter what.

Seamus is one of the workers of the church. An aspired, but snobby and grumpy musician, he's always seen playing the church organ with a frown in his face. He always wants to do better and bigger.

Susan is the secretary of Father Argyle. She's a very bright and cheerful gal, especially when the topic is helping people, just like her boss and mentor. Sometimes, it seems that nothing can ever ruin her day.
