About Us
I am one of the voice actors who currently work for the organization SerendipityStudios! They were very nice to allow me into their organization as I work with them with other franchises to help the project leader with managements since they won't be the only one managing the channel. SerendipityStudios is a channel that animates comic dubs that were created by fans of franchises they adore. The Studio Focuses on Manga, comics, and games to voice as characters from different franchises. Project Managers are ZexalFrost, and LilCrispyFuyu! This Project has been around for 1 year and a half, and now we are refreshing the project to have new casts as before was a bit too chaotic for anyone to handle. Now we are prepared to have as much as people as we have more mods, more structure, and a non-toxic environment for everyone to feel adjusted with everyone as communication and happiness is key to our organization! So far, the organization has made videos of franchises, My Hero Academia, Danganronpa, and Fire Emblem Three Houses. We are hoping to add more franchises in the future.

Project Information
This project is for Serendipity Studios needing help for managing franchises and overall making this studios into becoming a company as we are close to receiving ad revenue. We wish for staff to be able to help the current owner LilCrispyFuyu as she is the only one who is running such a huge server and needs your help! We are hoping to pay voice actors and staff members once we reach the requirements needed to receive money, once that is done- we will be trying to balance out the payment for everyone as managers will be deciding on what to do with that. We are also doing a legal contract for people who wish to be paid for this type of project. That we will give when people have dmed the owner if they are interested.

Management & Staff
Since SerendipityStudios has a lot of franchises. LilCrispyIcyHot the owner is out of commission, which means she is retiring for awhile till she can get back up on her feet. We wish to have a friendly-team that can help SerendipityStudios become a reality as we have finally reached 1k subs! We have Heads & Managers for each of the fandoms that we contain as it is a community section which you will have Leaders and not just the owner. Think of it as, there are bosses for each category. They report to the Owner of the people they are in charge of.

What we are looking for
❖ We are looking for staff who can make scripts, whether it's "Card Against Academia, in the sense where some characters (voice actors who are free to do this ofc) can play the game as the characters they are casted. Also giving the voice actors things to do such as that and other types like, comic dubs, podcasting and much more.
❖ You must be 18+ in order to be in the project
❖ You must have discord, when you audition, please put your Discord Username so if we cast you, we can immediately send you a request!
❖ Be able to meet deadlines, if you have personal life problems, or you are very busy, please let us know 24 hours before the deadline is due
❖ Must be willing to report in to the Managers or the Owner of the days you are not able to commit or help out due to personal or other commitments at hand.
❖ You must commit for at least 1 script/audio/video per week.
❖ You must have consistent quality (at least as good as your audition).
❖ If you wish to be a Head of a Franchise, you must be able to keep "professionalism" at hand.
❖ If you do not get the role, do not fret- instead strive and improve from criticism you may receive.
❖ You're willing to stay with us for more than months than just weeks
