Project Overview
Hello, my name is Vernon. I want to start a SELF-LOVE Diary, which consists of things I've written myself. Including topics/struggles I and others deal with, and how we can learn to cope.
This is an LGBTQ+ community support project, as well as for self-care and self-love. Please be okay with recording more than 1 set of "Diary" and speaking about LGBT and/or depressing topics. If you'd still like to apply and get chosen, if you have any triggers please tell me so I can put those topics away for others. That being said, If you have any questions/interests about the Diary please feel free to send me a message and I'll respond as soon as I see it.
The point of SELF-LOVE Diary is to pinpoint topics a lot of people turn a blind eye on, even though it's talked about- do a lot of people even pay attention? I want to make an impact on people, and I thought hey, what if I make something a random person might stumble across onto and it'll help them, even just a little bit would be great.

Hello everyone! I want to start off by saying I really love all the auditions and positivity. I recently watched "Love, Simon." and thought, hey! I should make the 2nd topic, along with the Diary. So this 2nd topic will be more of a short-run thing, it'll be input between the Diary episodes. And that's where everyone else comes in! There are many different types of reactions when people come out, or when someone tells you something that you don't expect to hear. I don't have a definite idea for the run-off of it, but an idea I have is to let others share their stories! Whether it's something they want to talk about, a coming out story or something. I figured that it'd be referred to as "Hey, it's me", but there's a higher chance this won't be added since I'm the only working member and I also have school to finish. Thank you all for everything so far, and I hope that this goes well! - V

I use to think that loving yourself meant being perfect, but it's taken me a while to see that's not it.
Even if no one understands what I say- or let alone acknowledge it, at least I have, right?
Someday I'll leave this all behind me, maybe that'll include this. But whether I do or not, I want to do something people can remember - or rather something that'll help the next person cope too.

It's been a while since I've been able to just lay and enjoy myself without feeling like the world is about to fall apart.
When a long night comes I worry that it won't end, but I have to stop and remind myself that the clouds after a storm always go away to reveal the sun, so why should this night be any different?
Some days I'm not sure what I like anymore, I just know there's something I enjoy. Maybe I'll remember it tomorrow...
