seeking monotone, nasally voice for my OC kraken

hello! due to some scheduling issues with the former VA for this character, i am seeking a replacement!
budget: up to 20-50 USD for around 2-5 minutes of dialogue
voice characteristics: flat, (mostly) monotone, quiet, soft, nasally
the character himself is narcissistic, condescending, often bored, and rarely expresses emotion. he DOES have a german accent. but that is not necessary for the part as it may be difficult to do. bonus points if you include an accent tho, lol.
