Scott Pilgrim VS The World Episodic Comic Dub!
Project Overview
Scott Pilgrim is in love with Ramona Flowers...but...he'll have to defeat her Seven Evil Ex Boyfriends! Yes, this is the second installment of the Scott Pilgrim comic book series, as well as the second installment of my Scott Pilgrim Comic Dub series! As it as been three years since the last video, I've sadly have lost touch with some of the previous VAs I've had working on this project, so I'll be recasting a few roles as well as auditioning for new ones!
What will be the main difference between this dub and the previous one, you may ask? Well for one thing, I plan on making this dub episodic, one episode per chapter, just to make things easier, and so that everything isn't just shoved into an hour long video.

Deadline is being extended! Certain Roles already cast!
As you can see, some roles have already been cast. If you have been cast, then congratulations! I will be getting in contact with you shortly to set everything up! However, there are some roles that I still haven't decided on yet, or that I am still waiting on more auditions for. So, I am extending the deadline by one more week to finalize things and see if we can get any auditions for the remaining uncast characters. Thank you all so much for your interest! You are all amazingly talented and I regret that I can't cast all of you. New Deadline is Saturday, December 9th! Spread the word around if you can!

Ramona Flowers is an American Ninja Delivery Girl, and the second lead protagonist in the series. She is Scott Pilgrim's current girlfriend, however, the two can't officially date until Scott defeats her Seven Evil Exes. She's quiet and reserved, yet she does occasionally make a joke every now and again. She does genuinely care for Scott, she just feels aloof and trapped due to events in her past that won't be revealed until later on in the series...
(jokingly) Are you dreaming about playing video games? That is so pathetic.
(Talking about her second evil ex, assuring that her relationship with him was in no way intimate.) Scott, it was the ninth grade. He followed me around. He was a skinny, snot nosed little brat. He asked me out ninety six times and I finally said ok.
(incredulously, like she can't believe how stupid this person is) What kind of idiot would knowingly date a girl named Knives?

Kim Pine hates everyone. Including you. She is very closed off and stand off-ish, whenever she does have something to say, its usually just to make fun of someone in the room. Despite this, she's actually kind of a tsundere, pretending like she doesn't care, when deep down, she does. A little bit.
(Hyping up the crowd before a show. Feel free to scream this at the top of your lungs.) WE ARE SEX BOB-OMB! ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR!
(Dryly, nearly emotionless, but still full of venom.) Scott, you are the salt of the earth. Oh, I'm sorry. Excuse me, I meant SCUM of the earth.

Stephen Stills. AKA "The Talent." He is the lead guitarist and vocalist in Scott (Bassist) and Kim's (drummer) band, Sex Bob-omb. He's usually laid back and chill, but he also has a tendency to become jittery and panicky depending on how big the show they're playing is.
(Excited, but also kind of panicking) We're gonna open for them!? They're known! WE COULD GET KNOWN!

Ramona's Second Evil Ex Boyfriend. Lucas Lee is a scumbag skater turned scumbag Hollywood actor. He tries to defend his credibility, but he continually makes horrible movie after horrible movie on account of him being a massive sellout. He's a dull as rocks skater, and he's completely full of himself.
(Talking about a movie he's starring in. This is an important life changing movie to you.) It's called "You Just Don't Exist". I'm co-starring with Winifred Haley. It's like a romantic comedy.
(Melodramatically. Start off small, but feel free to go all out near the end) There's a lot of things that Ramona doesn't mention, Pilgrim. She likes to act like little miss perfect, but the truth is...she cheated on me. She cheated on me, and then dated that ass for like, the rest of high school!
(Pompously) They almost didn't let me join The League. But they knew they had to. I'm an important figure in Ramona's past. Plus I'm super tough and cool.

You'll basically be reading these aloud in an overly dramatic voice, like a fighting game announcer, or in whatever voice you think fits the joke. This role is genderless, so feel free to try out whether you're a guy or a girl!

Lisa Miller is an old friend of Scott's from high school. She is a smart, funny, but also self conscious girl (try to reflect this in your performance). She is seen mostly in flashbacks in Volume 2, and doesn't really affect the plot majorly until Volume 4.

(Persuasively) Scott! If we had a band, we would be COOL. Even if we sucked! We would transcend our class status or whatever and become automatically cool.

This is complicated to explain. Gideon placed himself in an altered memory of Scott's, in which he is Simon Miller, a boy Scott fought back in high school. Since its Gideon, he is arrogant, spiteful, and an all around dick.
NOTE: If you are cast as Simon, you will also be playing Gideon Graves in future dubs.
(Villainous, but condescending, like you just don't care about your opponent) This is the best St. Joel's could muster?
