The Adventures of Scott & Bolt - Comic Dub Project

Project Overview

Hi, all! This is the official Casting Call for a project that Goldencomet Productions will be dubbing, originally illustrated and scripted by "amewwithpickles"!

Scott and Bolt features the GREAT Adventures of Scott and Bolt alongside their highly valued friends, as they commit of great achievements and new experiences on their merry way of whatever is to come. Just note, most of it may not make sense, but it's Pokemon so logic can take a mile out the window.


This particular viewing is in the high request of editors and moderate request of composers for the prior project before this and more to come: an Eeveelution Squad Comic Dub Project, as well as voice actors for this comic dub alone. DO MIND, that the portion of the story we are dubbing isn't complete yet, and the casting call will be updated periodically with new roles opened. 


APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

- Provide a Discord handle so the heads can contact you in case they have any inquiries of your performance.

(Voice Actors) - A decent mic is essential, with executed recordings that minimize background noise.

                  - Present your lines with "actual" expression, and please...Don't sound dead. It'd be quite disappointing.

                  - For better shots at said character, say each of the provided audition lines multiple times in your audio file. This allows experimentation as we can have a bigger variety of expressions to choose from. (Also, I recommend not submitting “multiple auditions of your own”; if it does get there, i’ll likely ask you to stop. Just keep all your efforts in a single file. ^^)

(Theatrical Contents [G.V., Music]) - Provide URLs to where your content is sourced, whether that leads to Soundcloud or YouTube, or whatever else exists. We can know what you're capable of.

  • Casting (how it’ll work)

    The earliest of “individual-roles” (like voice actors and stuff) being Scott, Frosty, Cream, and Deedee, will be cast Saturday morning PST, which I title as Term 1. Term 2 represents Penny and Grimm, as they were added later on and those roles will be cast Sunday morning PST. Term 1 (Saturday Pacific) -“Scott” role casted. -“Cream” role casted. -“Frosty” role casted. -“Deedee” role casted. Term 2 (Sunday Pacific) -“Penny” role casted. -“Grimm” role casted. If there’re more inquiries just leave it in the comments. ^^’

  • Roles

    Reopening “Music Score” and “General Visuals” roles to open up for more applications, (YES, I KNOW IT’S MERE DAYS AWAY) but this project’ll just remain open ig, lol.

So, you might here thinking to yourself, "I'm applying for a project, that's a comic dub, and overall probably something wholesome." I can at some extent understand why, but unlike most valued elements, I need you for a different purpose.

You could be our elected musical score for the casting call cover in particular, but if you are open for basically any other stories we escalate, glad to have you here. 'Least I won't be searching for non-copyright music for hours on end, though maybe still but please don't hate me. I'll eat your cookies & drink your tea. ;-;  

How many will I be taking in? One, maybe two. Know what, two sounds dandy. Two! To open up some opportunity and maybe speed up the process in some area of possibility. Granted, not all but y'know what I'm sayin'.

This might be odd to apply for, also regarding what's said in the description that this is the upcoming project after the first chapter of the Eeveelution Squad premiere is done. I, CollotAshe am currently getting pushed onto a blade because of other important essentials in my personal life and you'll be with the team to handle what I would be doing, (knowing I was the only editor for the team at the time..) and you'll be here assisting in the editing process of the future projects to come.
