Scars (A Audio Drama) (Back Up Roles)
Project Overview
IMPORTANT: The story includes dark mentions including Child Abuse, mental and fiscal trama, gruesome death and really bad paranoia. If these topics are hard for you to read about, then DON'T audition for this.
What Is This?
Lately with my project "Scars (A Audio Drama)" I have been having trouble with having voice actors staying with the project. A few weeks ago I sent out the due dates I had set and had almost half of my voice actors drop from the project. I am trying to get those characters filled in but I've already gone through 3 voice actors for the main character Kei and I have a few other characters I worried about having their voice actors drop from the project.
So because of all that I decided to me this! These are backups for my characters I'm worried about. How this works is if your casted for one of these parts you will play Extra/Minor characters in the Audio Drama but if the voice actor for who you are a backup for drops out then you will replace them in their part.

What is Scars about?
Scars is recorded in 2075 by a bunch of kids that just want to tell the world about what happened in 2072. The organisation "Dead-X" was suppost to be for getting rid of people who miss used there powers but very quickly behind closed walls became corrupted. They started killing people who just had a high skill level or power. 5 years before the story takes place Kei had all of his friends and family killed by Dead-X, or so he thought. The same day Kei mets someone from Dead-X he finds out his sister and best friend are still alive. Dead-X starts hunting them again. The message Kei and his friends want to project through this is that Dead-X needs to be stopped from being created.
When are line due dates?
2 episodes of lines are due every Sunday, except for the last Sunday only one episode is due. I am very lenient to these dates as long as lines arn't given like 2 weeks later and I am informed of this.
How far is the project along?
All of the scripts, including scripts for ads are done. For character profile pictures, only 3 are finished out of 12 but all sketches for them are finished.

Kei Jason- 16- male
Has pale skin, black hair. Has a scar covering his left eye, his other eye is dark blue. He normally wears jeans and a black hoodie.
He wants to take revenge on his family and friends and wants to protect what he has left.
He is loal, shy (When it comes to new people) and sharp minded.
His position is FLAGES
His voice is a medium pitched voice
So no one would hear your screams. (Your answering a question)
Emma asks, still sounding unsure. She follows me out of the classroom. I lead her to a storage room that I had saw earlier. I open the door and let her go in first. I then fallow. I close the door, swallowing us in darkness. (This is a bit of monologuing, which this part has a lot of)
I always to make sure of what my killer’s name is. I will kill you and your whole crew, Mistress. (Your saying this with a smirk)
Zoey Jason- 18- female

Has pale skin, black hair with light purple tips (The skin has blond hair cause the old director of this was going to be the main character and he has blond hair, so he wanted his sister to as well, but I'm not changing it back to the original). One eye is dark blue and the other is purple. She normally wears jean shorts and a light purple crop top with a dark purple flannel.
She is Kei’s older sister. She wants to help Kei but knows that she has to stop Dead-X and will do anything to stop them. She was “killed” by Dead-X but saved by Magnus Thun.
She’s tough but kind.

She has a medium - low toned voice

Malcolm Lie- 16- male
Has light brown skin, red hair (He dyed it, it was originally dark brown), his eye color is an orangey brown color, so like a really light brown. He normally wears black basketball shorts and an orange T-shirt.
He is Kei’s best friend, out of the friend group they had Kei usually hanged out with Malcolm. He is also Alex’s older brother. He wants to protect what is left of his family knowing that Dead-X has a close eye on them. He was “killed” by Dead-X but saved by Magnus Thun.
He’s the type to crack a joke at random moments but knows that sometimes you have to be serious, but it’s rare he is.

His position is Leader and Ghost (Originally not Ghost before he “died”)
He has a medium-high voice (This doesn't mean before puberty, it means after. Go away, young children)
I'm saying this because people keep portraying Malcolm as a flat toned guy with no energy. Malcolm is very energetic, he says jokes at very random moments and is often a source of comic relief. He can show emotion though, in the third line he is talking about a hard time in his past, his voice should be cracking a bit. Even when it is narrating I still want the characters to tell to story not say it, put emotion. Other then Emotional parts I need him to be energetic and happy like in the first two lines, in the second one still put some dread by keep his voice energetic.
(This is pure comic relief, it's supposed to be a joke. Yes I know it's cringy, that's the point)

Why me? Zoey is going to hate this idea. I really don’t want to be the one yelled at. I know where to find her, the library, she likes to read or watch TV in there. It’s the only place with a TV here. I head straight to the library and find her watching Zarry Otter and the Deadly Tree.
(I'm leaving this line to see what you do with it as I'm going to be giving a script and no instructions, I do answer questions, but that's if they are asked)

My little 11-year-old brain thought if this person died then no one else would know we were here. He was obviously weak, using a regular gun. I used my skill, hand to hand combat. It was quick, a blur and the first time I had blood on my hands. He was dead in seconds.
Menchey Doty- 15- female
Has pale skin, pink hair and very light blue eyes. She normally wears a dress like:
but Light blue with no stripes.
She is friends with Emma, she’s Emma’s only friend that knows about her job. She is in Emma’s execution team. She is cute but a bit of a sico.
She’s immature and acts like a sico from time to time.
Her position is Fisherman, Leader, Academician, and Ghost.
Mistress Carter! I was so worried! I was just walking down the hall and bam! There you are in a pool of blood!

Magnus Thun (Pronounced Tune, even if it’s spelled Thun)- 22- male
Has pale skin, light green/white hair and neon green eyes. He normally wears jeans and a neon green shirt under a navy green hoodie.
He has helped some kids escape death including Zoey and Malcolm. He is a scientist and a hacker. He helps kids who have lost everything because he is one of those kids.
He’s kind and cares for the people he has helped.

His voice is medium-low.
I specialize in many areas in Science, I have for a long time. When I was younger I used to try to solve cures for illnesses. Now I try to help positioners stay safe if I can. I'm currently housing 5, and you too Kei, so I guess now 6. I really wish this wasn't illegal and I got paid for it.
I may only have 2 weak positions but I specialize in brains.
Why am I not an Academician if I have brains? Well, that's because I don't do good with fighting formations... Or just fighting in general.

Has pale skin, white hair and light golden eyes. She wears like a magic girl dress that is in different gold, tan and yellow colors.
She is in Magnus’s group of kids, she is like a silent bomb.
She is a silent bomb, can be seen as ancient in knowledge, she’s quiet
Her position is FLAGS (But her FLAGS isn’t all strong, she’s best at Leader, Academician and Seeker)

She has a soft, highish voice. When she talks to others her voice is hushed, but when she "narrates" or talks in her head she voice isn't hushed and is more full.

I walk into Berry’s Ice Cream Shop. It’s during school hours so there's almost no line. I get to the cashier and they get my order. I’ve come here so often they don’t even question my age anymore.

Endoorsa Clark- 14- Female

Has pale skin, red hair (Natural), red eyes (Natural) and wears a simple red dress that goes to her knees with black leggings.
Is one of the kids in Magnus's group of kids and John’s twin sister.
She is outgoing and not at all shy. She gets annoyed about her name and being a twin.
Her position is Fisherman, Academician and Ghost
