Henry Fisher was the father of Sal Fisher, the husband of the late Diane Fisher, and husband to Lisa Johnson following his first wife's death.

Henry was a devoted and hardworking father who was committed to his job to make ends meet. He was a loving husband to his first wife, Diane, and missed her dearly; despite Sal's belief that he had gotten rid of all photos of her, Sal later finds one under his bed alongside a letter from her. He had also made his computer password her name.

Her death had a deeply terrible impact on his life, sending him into a depressive state that lead to a dependency on alcohol. His resulting mercurial temperament put a strain on his relationship with Sal. Henry then lost his job, allowing himself and Sal to move from New Jersey to Nockfell.

After moving to Addison Apartments, Henry's mental health slowly improved, notably in part due to Lisa Johnson. After courting her and marrying her, Henry seemed to be once again content with where his life was.

An unnamed man posed as a detective investigating the murder of Sandy Sanderson. While his only physical appearance is in Strange Neighbors, he is mentioned in The Trial where it is revealed that he is associated with the Devourers of God.

In stark contrast to the cop, the detective is a lot more amiable and easygoing, willing to listen to Sal and even praising his detective efforts. Considering he was merely pretending to be a detective, it’s possible his true personality is different than the one he displayed.

Charley Mansfield was a resident of Addison Apartments room 204 up to his arrest in 1992.

Charley's foremost trait was his bluntness, as it was typically to a socially inept degree. He was an undeniably lonely individual, finding comfort and companionship in his collections rather than seeming to have any human relationships. He was very protective and obsessive over said collections, and he came off as rude and threatening as a result of this.

Terrence Addison, otherwise known as "Mr. Addison", was the landlord of Addison Apartments. He sold tea to his tenants for 25 cents and 50 cents for non-tenants.

When he was young, Terrence Addison was very impressionable and eager to please his father. Even then he was a timid individual and it only intensified when he had to slaughter his own family to prevent Red Eyes from spreading.

Despite being infected and slowly becoming less human, he continued the family business with a skip in his step and friendly attitude towards tenants, newcomers and longtimers alike.

As the Endless One, he is condescending, arrogant, and malicious. Taunting Sal at every opportunity and affirming that "Terrence" was long gone.
