Project Overview

WHAT IS ROYALE?

    Royale is a ROBLOX series on YouTube following Sami and the students of Royale High through discovering the magic in being a Royal, the darkness and mystery of the school, drama, and romance. It will be airing on Wednesdays every week from the beginning of September until the end of May. This is a brand new series, produced by dreamingsamm (Soon to be samisunset.) on ROBLOX. 


HOW WILL COMMUNICATION/SENDING AUDIO WORK?

    Once all of our voice actors are selected, I will email you further information about the show, the personalities more in depth, and the lines for the first episode. Voice acting work will start at the beginning of August, giving me time to film and edit the videos. You will always have a one-week deadline to submit your audio, or you will not be in the episode. Extras will be notified through casting call club if they are needed, and will be contacted through email after the acceptance of doing a role for that week. 


WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE IN ROYALE?

   The requirements are very simple and won't cost you anything. 

- You must have an email account to be contacted if casted! (Make one at gmail.com for free!)

- You must have a good microphone OR the ability to edit out background noise and volume spikes.

- You must be able to voice act during the year! (This includes from August to April!)

- You must stay in the show! (Finding a replacement is super hard, so please stay dedicated!)

  • LAST WEEK TO AUDITION! DEADLINE EXTENDED!

    Hello everyone! I just got back home from vacation and it is almost time to start rolling forward with Royale past the audition phase. Since there are a few roles that need more auditions to find the perfect actor/actress, this is going to be the last week for auditions. Some auditions will be reviewed today by the casting team of Royale. If you have already been cast, you will receive a private message on Saturday further discussing the communications method.   • Roles for Everest, Cara, and Christopher are CLOSED!

    Thank you to everyone for auditioning for these 3 roles. We have made our decision and cast who we think will fit best for that certain character. If you would like an explanation on why you didn't get cast, please leave a comment on your role. Every other role is still open! It's really close for a few roles, so I'd recommend auditioning for other roles! I wish you all the best of luck and I will update when we have more progress on casting!

    There has been a great response to this casting call, and we feel like we need a few more days to receive some more auditions and some time to cast! So sorry for the delay. :(

  • Final chance to audition coming up!

    Hi everyone! I was hoping to have all of our roles by the end of this week, but we will continue looking at auditions this week. Next week we will be casting as many people as possible if we feel they are right for their role. If we have a lack of auditions, we will extend it by a week. Worst case, we extend it to July 7th. Make sure to let some of your friends know. Can't wait to review some more AMAZING talent. - sam

  • Casting Details <3

    Hi everyone! I just wanted to get in depth a bit with how casting is going to work. I'm meeting with my assistant producer this week to start discussing the auditions and who will be narrowed down. This will take place on the following dates. May 29th, June 5th, June 7th, and June 12th. Depending on the number of auditions, we will narrow down the number of potential casted actors to 1-2 per character. In more simple words, every time we meet we will select 1-2 people from every character depending on the number of auditions to move on to the final selection process. You have a much larger chance if you audition before one of these days, and the final casting will be done on the day that this casting ends. Unless, of course, if we need more people or have not found the right person to voice one of our roles. Therefore I highly do recommend sending in your audition as soon as possible to have a higher chance of being selected to voice a character. Good luck, and have a **royale** day! - Samantha

Cara is a shy girl when talking to people she doesn't know well or to someone she doesn't like. Cara is quiet but strong and raises her voice when someone else is being hurt whether that's emotionally or physically.


Cara has a medium-low voice and talks very quietly very often.

Everest is very open to everyone and is extremely popular at Royale High. She came from another planet due to the downfall of the kingdom and she took her younger brother Christopher with her. You rarely see her sad, and she's always being sassy and having fun with everyone. 


Everest has a medium-high voice and has the most spunk and confidence out of all the girls.

  • [sad] Sometimes... I just wish I could be back home. When my parents were kind, when my older brother wasn't a killer, and when nothing was wrong and our family was happy.

Emily is the evilest and popular girl in Royale High. She's never hurt a fly until moving to Royale High, and she wants Sami out of Royale High as soon as possible. She's got some strange connections, and her mystery develops in the show. Her attitude is always activated.


Emily has a low and evil voice (Bonus points if it sounds seductive somehow lol) and will do anything to get her way.

  • You'll never fit in here. You'll always be the girl who once lived in a tent outside. I'm sure you miss the little fire in there, don't ya- *scream in pain like you just got punched.* 

  • King, Sami won't leave Royale High. I've used almost every verbal form of harassment, but she doesn't let it get to her.

Christopher is the little brother of Everest. His life was saved when he was young when Everest took Christopher to earth. Now he's a shy boy who just wants to get along with everyone. His sister hides his backstory from him and only tells him small bits. Overall, Chris is a kind person who is scared to mess up in society and he doesn't like the spreading of drama.



Christopher has a medium-high voice and is shy but confident.

Maxon is a kind boy who sticks up for others and himself. He's a pretty large love interest in the series and the voice actor shouldn't be afraid to say flirty lines. He protects as many people as he can and is an overall good person to have in your life.


Maxon has a medium-low voice and is one of the kindest and strong men out of all of the characters.
