Retro A New age (Concept/Pilot)
Project Overview
Hey this is my Project for an animatic series called Retro a new age
and it is based on Cyberpunk edge runners and the animation style is based off Liam Vickers internecion cube even though I know Liam did say it was storyboard practice I feel like that it would be a lot of fun to animate like that because I'm new to animation and only have some experience with storyboard so it would be good practice and maybe one day I could make it into a fully animated show
[STORY]
It's about a group of teens named Soul, Elie and Nord
they grew up in poorest side of retro city. street kids trying to make money to support themselves while the rich make the poor people slave away. Retro city is filled with greed, Pride, manipulation and death. crimes and gangs popping up more and more. Starship loves to cover this up in their advertainments for retro
city.
[SETTING]
Retro city takes place in a cyberpunk like city. Neon lights and skyscrapers holding the Rich and most powerful people. people with guns driving down and having full on shoot outs down the street

Grew up with Nord and Eile, he loves them because he wasn't even supposed to be born and that's how he got his name soul
he is a dick to everyone even to Nord and Eile. His parents died after he was born taking their own lives because they didn't have enough money to support a child. soul was found on the doorstep of Nord's apartment. Nord took him in and took care of him at the age of four. Soul doesn't know what happened to his family, but Nord knows because word got out of his family taking their own lives.

[Mocking] Well, well well what do we have here a scavenger? Mm I'll give you two seconds to leave this damn warehouse

Ai sounds like Well A.i and has a female voice
[ORGIN]
Ai was made from the company starship productions Originally Ai was supposed to be to the poster child of Starship but then got replaced for Star. Starship Productions made retro city after what happened to it during a dark age. But they only use Ai to say the city's name in advertising for new people to come and live in retro

Nord is more mature than Soul and Eile. She is the parent of the group helping Soul move illegal weapons to places and Ect.
she lived in the same apartment as Soul but founded him on the doorstep, so she took him in with telling her parents because they would beat her and throw Soul and Nord out if they found out. after she turned 18, she left with soul to go and live with him and Elie. And she loves to be chaotic at times

[mocking tone] yeah if you don't leave right now, we will fuck you up until your bleeding everywhere

Elie is the shy and scared friend of the friend group; she was born into wealth and is friends with Soul and Nord
Elie being shy and scared never wants to go on missions that Mr. Guild sends them on. Her parents are abusive and never shows her love. So, she goes to the poor part of Retro city and meets up with Soul and elie
