The payment really depends on the significance of your involvement in a project and your role - voice actor or translator. We usually pay according to the video or project (bunch of videos) and legally do all the work.
Can guarantee 2-6$ a minute of spoken audio, expecting 20-30 minute output on one hour of work for VAs. It really depends on the significance of the character assigned. And 1-2$ per minute of video for translations and adaptation for translators cum writers.
