Project Overview
SHIN DANGANRONPA: SINFUL RHAPSODY
This is a Video series created by Nanatsumi, the artist, scenarist and fanbase enthusiast. We really hope you’ll enjoy this work and will be inspired by it.
SYNOPSIS
Special Ward Shibuya conceals a lot of mysteries from people's eyes; and one of those mysteries is Keihatsu Academy(Enlightenment Academy). Students, which possess amazing, but not fully developed talents arrive here from around the Japan. One of those students is a novice musician - Junichi Suzuki, who befriends another student, Asuka Hashida, who is not sure about her talent yet. But what's really awaiting our heroes?
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The universe, in which our project it set, has the setting, similar to main series, but instead of Hope's Peak Academy the series are set in the Keihatsu Academy. This brings a whole new idea of the Ultimates, the Tragedy and struggling for life(both literal and non-literal).
We’re currently in progress of scriptwriting. For now we have a basic outlines for Prologue and Chapter 1.
Our casts consists of 16 original characters, the Keihatsu Academy students. We tried to bring as many creativity and fresh ideas into their designs, personalities, backstories and behavior.
Currently we have 16 full-body designs and several sprites.
We are currently in search for suiting voice actors, as well as other needed staff, such as:

The voice actors are very important for every Danganronpa, because they form the image of characters and bring vivacity to the whole project with their amazing work! Our voice actors need to:
- Have at least decent quality microphone, so their speech could be understood
- Have a suiting voice and intonations for a character
- Be ready for team work

NAME:
Maaya Yaginuma (柳沼 真綾)
PRONUNCIATION:
Mah-yah Yah-gi-new-mah
M(AA)ya Yagin(U)ma
DESCRIPTION:
"A Mangaka that creates deep and emotional adult stories", "An incredible drawing prodigy with good taste" - this is how people usually describe Maaya. She mainly aims for an adult market, and almost never misses. Although her peers don't respect her, Maaya doesn't care, because she doesn't respect them either. Maaya hopes that she can become more famous after graduating from Keihatsu Academy.

Maaya has a voice of annoyed, but somehow shy girl with slightly high pitch.

Felix Shiota (塩田 フェリックス)
PRONUNCIATION:
Felix She-o-tah
Felix Shi(O)ta
DESCRIPTION:
Felix Shiota, like a true racer, is always quick ... Sometimes too quick. He makes conclusions in a snap which often turns out to do more harm than good. Nevertheless he is very proud of this and doesn't regret his decisions, even when everyone has pointed out the mistake. Once a hasty conclusion cost him a lot... Anyway, Felix's quick reaction time is useful for him when racing, where every second is important. Originally a member of the Karting club, Felix recently began performing on the professional stage. This brought him experience, connections and an invitation to Keihatsu Academy.
VOICE NOTES:
Felix has a pretty rough medium pitched voice, full of energy and optimism, much like ENG Kaito Momota.

Seiya Kamimura (上村 聖野)
PRONUNCIATION:
Say-yah Kah-mee-moo-rah

DESCRIPTION:
This young man is known around the fashion industry workers as an intern of a famous company producing stylish female dresses. Although Seiya himself is never credited due to his backstage mentality, you can always see his clothing from afar due to how cleverly and amazingly beautiful the flower motive and the colour pink are used in his designs. Seiya truly believes he is a prodigy at fashion, although he prefers to not boast with his knowledge and act like a "grey cardinal" behind what happens around.
VOICE NOTES:
Despite his fabulous appearance, Seiya has a rather medium, monotone voice. He speaks calmly and to the point. He prefers to let his work speak for him, making himself a background character for his works.

Daisuke Ishihara (石原 大輔)

DESCRIPTION:
a man with a strong backbone. He was held up for several years due to a tragic incident in his past, but now he's the most living of everyone around! Nobody believes that Daisuke is a semi-successful surgeon at a first glance, but later he opens up as a "gentle giant", if you try to understand him.
VOICE NOTES:
Daisuke has a very low pitched smooth voice, similar to JP Nekomaru's Voice, Hiroki Yasumoto

Yuri Yamanaka (山中 百合)
PRONUNCIATION:
Yoo-ree Yah-mah-nah-kah
DESCRIPTION:
This young lady is a fatalist that believes in everything the stars tell her. This also often leads her to delusional and ridiculous thoughts, but she prefers to hide them away. Yuri was raised on classical books and black and white films, so her view on this world is quite old-fashioned, but she accepts everything new with delight. You can always see this girl half-dreaming, half-mumbling, half-blushing... At the first glance you might think she can do nothing to the end. But when you see her at work, you change your opinion instantly.
VOICE NOTES:
Yuri always talks in a very shy and, somehow, lazy manner, but her speech is always legible, so you can understand her, if you'll try.

Yukari Ashihara (芦原 ゆかり)

DESCRIPTION:
Yukari Ashihara is an Iron Lady and a promising young officer. She was known for catching hooligans at her school and reporting them to the principal at a very young age, now she works as an informant, a detective and an officer all at the same time. People think that she's a very promising - and that's true! Yukari has developed a very serious psychological problem - she always thinks she's ugly and tries to look more attractive than needed. All the girls in her previous school were jealous of how flawless she looked, and all the girls at Keihatsu Academy also find her very cute and beautiful. But since she doesn't know that, and since she doesn't tell anyone about her complex, she still thinks that everyone finds her ugly.
VOICE NOTES:
Despite her looks, Yukari has low pitched voice, full of strength and energy, but she can use her feminine voice too (mostly for being more polite to others).

DESCRIPTION:
This guy always knows what he wants, that's why even at the middle school age he began acting as if he was already a young adult. Once his majestic skateboarding got noticed after being accidently spotted in the news, he was taken under the wing of professional extreme sportsmen and given a lot of money and time to practice his skills. That's why he got an invitation to the Enlightment Academy. Akio acts very edgy towards his other classmates, except for Reika, thus making him a very unlikeable person. But if a certain person will looks respectable in his eyes, he'll try to fulfill their requests and help them protectively. Akio thinks, that the only person superior towards him is Junichi for unknown reasons, while everyone are too green in his opinion.
VOICE NOTES:
Akio's voice should have a medium to low range with a tough undertone. It is a strong voice but not one that lacks emotions.

Yui Kagami (各務 惟)

DESCRIPTION:
A pure, genuine, and trustworthy young woman who has a sharp mind. Yui is able to come up with various hypothesis or ideas right away as she is one of the smartest students of her class. She became famous after winning several academic awards and becoming one of youngest teacher at her age of 17.
But despite her achievements, she barely knows any common knowledge outside of the school curriculum. She strongly believes that she found her purpose in life.
Ah yes, my name is Yui Kagami, or Miss Kagami as I am known in my talent. Without further ado I am the Ultimate Elementary School Teacher.
To teach is to sculpt the next generation, it is such a wonderful privilege!
