I'm a currently semi-amateur music composer and a non-existent voice actor that would much rather be doing the former. Your best bets with me are either Video Game soundtracks or ambient-ish backing tracks. Poppy, dance tracks are a hit or miss with me, however, but if you're okay with a little fun, amateur-sounding attempt, it's definitely a possibility.
