QUIET ADMIN
Project Overview
A quiet college intern trying to rebuild his life discovers his entire IT office is running an embezzlement scheme. When he falls for a coworker, he’s forced to choose between protecting her and exposing the people who gave him a second chance.
Quiet Admin is a slow-burn crime drama about guilt, redemption, and the cost of silence.
Tone: Mr. Robot × True Detective × Homecoming — grounded realism, psychological tension, and emotional intimacy through naturalistic dialogue.
Originally planned as a short audio drama mini-series, but if anyone’s keen to help bring it to life as a 6-episode animated series, hit me up!

The first thing I learned about clean starts… is that they never stay clean. You bring dirt with you. Even when you scrub until it hurts.
Smart, idealistic IT intern who wants to make a difference. She believes in people’s better nature - especially Luke’s.

Hi! Guess we’re partners in crime now… hopefully minus the crime.
Senior IT specialist, mentor to the interns. A good man stuck in moral quicksand. His loyalty keeps him blind to the office’s crimes.

Kid, you’ve got hands. Most interns fry themselves on their first BIOS. Come on - coffee’s terrible, but it’s tradition.
Hardware expert. Keeps to himself, hates drama, but will do anything to protect the operation. The kind of man who never raises his voice - because he doesn’t need to.

Keep your head down, Vance. Curiosity’s an expensive habit.
Network security guy and office clown. Brilliant but anxious; humor is his defense mechanism.

I’m not a hacker. I’m a janitor. I just clean up… very specific messes.
IT Manager. A corporate manipulator who runs the embezzlement scheme with cold efficiency. Terrifying because he’s calm.

The risk to the institution outweighs a single headcount. It’s not personal - it’s policy.
HR officer who visits once a week. Doesn’t see what’s really happening - just checks boxes and moves on.
I just handle compliance forms. If it’s not in writing, it didn’t happen.
Former intern who vanished years ago after discovering the scheme. His voice appears in a short recorded log - a ghost from the past.

If something happens… it’s because I asked the wrong questions. Maybe that’s what truth costs.
I'm looking for writers who can help me bring this project to life.
