Hi there!

I’m Phil Barrera—a podcaster, stand-up comic, and voice actor based in Jacksonville, FL.

For over a decade, I performed on stages in comedy clubs across Dallas, TX, and Jacksonville, FL, building my skills and connecting with audiences through laughter.

In 2018, I made the leap into podcasting with The Wait For It Podcast, a passion project that’s taken me to some incredible places, like partnering with anime and pop culture conventions across Florida, including Bold Matsuri and Brick City Anime Festival.

In 2024, I took on a new creative challenge: voice acting. Whether it’s bringing characters to life or adding a unique touch to your project, I’m excited to see where this path leads—and I’d love to collaborate with you!
