Project Overview

Welcome to PUCN - The RE:Casting!! Featuring a wide variety of roles for talented voice actors all around, there's sure to be a place for you to join!!

Bringing back roles that were unable to get a part from previous Casting Calls, to entirely new roles solely for the PUCN experience, the ultimate calamity of universes continues to grow as more characters join in on Pack's adventure of bringing universal characters into one place for everyone!

PUCN features a wide variety of universes and characters, including FNaF, Undertale, DDLC, SCP, BatIM, horror games, TF2, Portal, a few TV/YouTube shows, and other games and shows that others may enjoy!

All that matters to me, when you audition, is that you're here to have fun and enjoy doing what you do, and being okay with what happens with the project! If you're down for fun skits and other random stuff, we do that at times as well, and will be a plus to what PUCN is all about! Just a fun time for everyone!

Notice: If roles are picked before the deadline date, please do not be upset about this. If I pick someone for a role, the sole reason is because they have the voice that I'm looking for. 

Notice 2: If a role has 2 lines or doesn't seem entirely complete, I will be doing some editing down the road that fixes certain issues with lines and descriptions, as well as finding out the 3rd line of several roles.

RULES:

1. You must have a Discord for me to contact you with. Drop down your Discord username and tag in each of your auditions. If it changes at any time, please let me know in the comments of your audition.

2. Please be kind and fair to all auditions, no matter how bad their auditions are, nor how good theirs are compared to yours.

3. This project, as a whole, is aimed for ages 13+. If you are under 13, then I will unfortunately not accept any auditions from you.

   3A. This is because the project as a whole will contain swears, violence, and various other stuff.

4. Speak clearly and emotionally. These two factors play a major role in auditions and voices.

5. Please attempt to minimalize as much background noise as possible in your auditions.

6. This is a long term project, meaning that this project has been, and will be, in production for years to come. By auditioning, please understand fully that not every role will be immediately needed or required right away, but they are still welcome to do small skits or fun stuff among the team.

  • Future Plans, Overseers Casted

    Hello, everyone! Thank you all again for checking this project out, and holy hell, almost 300 submissions overall! I'm really thankful for all the support and people we've been getting, and hearing everyone so far has been awesome! I will try to push myself to do more with the PUCN project and myself as a whole, since so many of these ideas wouldn't be possible without any of you!

    For the Overseers role, there have been three that are casted for the project!

    I can't cast all three of them on the same role, so I will close the role for the time being. I will contact them on Discord to tell them of their parts!

  • Appreciation, Best Auditions, Encouragement!!

    Hello everyone! I cannot begin to describe how happy it is to see so many auditions pouring in from different people with talent all across the world! I'm really enjoying a lot of the auditions and hearing what people have to offer! This passion project has been going strong for a few years, and I'm going to do my best to put as much effort into it as possible, so I'm really glad people are willing to join in on the project!

    In terms of auditions, while I have not listed all of the auditions I've enjoyed for each role, I limited myself to specific roles for the time being due to certain priorities in mind. (Not all characters apply to the priorities.)

    Now, in terms of encouragement, I would like to request something from previous female VA auditions. If you'd really like to have an important role, I REALLY suggest trying to audition for Pack, as the sort of ideal voice in my head is basically matched with a male anime kid, to where it doesn't sound too masculine but doesn't sound too feminine either. If you're reading this, please give it a shot! Hopefully you'll have fun with it!

    Also, I will say this that my original deadline in mind is around the end of August or September. That will not change (even if it won't let me extend the deadline until then).

Pack is the embodiment of PackardFam's childish behavior, optimistic attitude, and hopeful thinking. While he always doubts himself and what he does in his mind, making sure that all of his friends are happy is all that matters to him in the end. He should sound a bit high pitched with a positive attitude with what he says. He's usually very cheerful and joyful when he's talking.

Pack is also bisexual and genderfluid. (Just more of a fun fact, but yeah.)

Cassidy is referred to as the one who William Afton should not have killed. She was the first victim caught up in William Afton's killing spree, and has witnessed everything that came after. Her personality should be cold and vengeful when it comes to regarding William, but normally she will be calm and collective as she takes everything into thought and consideration.

Chris is the Crying Child that's been seen being bitten by Fredbear in the FNaF 4 minigames. He is usually easily frightened about a few things after being bullied to hell and high by his older brother, as evident by the constant scares with the Foxy mask.

He should be quiet and confused, unsure of what's going on around him. However, when he's focused on the same goal as Cassidy, he's usually a bit more confident in his choices.

Pibby is a character from the newly formed idea/show under the same name, "Learning with Pibby" by adultswim. She is a character that has witnessed the worst that the multiverse had to offer, a corruption flowing through multiple shows and taking over the bodies of iconic characters to spread the corruption even further.

She starts off confused and afraid of what could happen to the worlds and herself, but after a bit of exposure fighting the corruption and enemies captured by it, she's a lot more cold and fearless, though there are still some circumstances that can affect her emotionally.

Meggy is a character from the SMG4 series, once an inkling competing for the SplatFest but now completely drained of ink as a result of a horrible experiment a while back. She's now fully human, ready to take on the world and whatever threats are thrown at her and her friends, though she's always ready to chill out with her friends.

She's usually very courageous and confidence with her abilities, always looking for a new challenge to face. She can be calm and chilled out every now and then, however.

Adachi is a character featured in Persona 4 that helps out with discovering the unknown mysteries behind the deaths that are suddenly happening in their town. However, don't let his first impression deceive you.. He is indirectly the reason behind the murders, having instructed someone to throw them into the TV when a certain hour approaches. And the reason is "just because he can".

His façade is usually very calm and welcoming, at times a little clumsy and oblivious. His real personality is very cold and degrading, as he sees absolutely no value in anything.

Cuphead is one of the two main protagonists of the Cuphead show and game. He is a brother of Mugman, and is usually finding ways to seek trouble or take risks that no one normal would take. He is usually the less reasonable of the two.

Mugman is one of the main two protagonists of the Cuphead show and game. He is a brother of Cuphead, and is usually the more reasonable of the two. He tries to convince to Cuphead that sometimes his actions will get them into a lot of trouble, but sometimes joins in if he sees no issues with it.

Shadow is a main character features in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and has even starred in his own game titled "Shadow the Hedgehog". He usually secludes himself from others, but will do what he can to protect the planet that Maria loved. He also works for the government on several occasions with Rouge and Omega.

He is usually cold and collective, but tends to lend a hand when he's needed. He usually prefers to work alone so that others don't slow him down.

N is a main character from the pilot "Murder Drones" made by GLITCH. He is an android made to kill robots that have gone rogue from their original purpose. He runs off of drinking oil, but will burn when coming into direct contact with sunlight. He has formed a small bond with the main "protagonist" of the show, Uzi, and has grown to realize that there is more to his existence than just killing.

He is usually very friendly towards those that he meets, albeit a sort of pushover to those that are obviously more powerful than him.

Lucifer is the queen of hell, ruler of all the demons that rank below her. While she is not afraid to put those who defy her in their place, she is willing to listen in on a few interesting deals and negotiations. Though, the offer that wins her over a lot more often is pancakes. She should sound a bit sadistic with a high-in-command demeanor, but can still soften up to certain people that she talks to that she finds more tolerable and enjoyable.

Spooky is the main "villain" behind the game "Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion", leading a group of monsters and ghosts to scare anyone who enters the mansion. She died trying to make herself scary during Halloween, just wanting to make a scary impact. Unfortunately, this lead to an undesired impact, and she was shot and killed.

The General is originally from the Special Strike universe, portrayed as a Shadow Freddy with a general hat. His partner, RXQ, is a Shadow Bonnie that has a superiority complex compared to The General.

The General can be proud of his own achievements every now and then, and is usually nicer towards the Shadow Droids he helps build. He follows The Chief's orders no matter what, as he was created by him. He should have a more calm but confident personality, ready to experiment with mechanics and electronics to expand the ability to travel through different universes and dimensions.

RXQ is originally from the Special Strike universe, portrayed as a Shadow Bonnie with glowing white eyes. His partner, The General, is a Shadow Freddy that has a general hat and a more respectful demeanor.

RXQ acts with a superiority complex at first, thinking that he's able to boss around both The General and the Shadow Droids. At times, he tries to suggest, and push his ideas, onto the Chief in an attempt to appease him, but not realizing at first that he's doing harm to him mentally.

After the Chief's change of heart, RXQ should slightly back down from his superiority complex and let the others do as they wish, only offering ideas and doing his best to help the Chief when he needs it. His personality should be slightly cold and close-minded, but willing to listen to his superiors.

The Overseers are... complex to explain at best. They are an entity with the ability to communicate or send messages to characters at will, but also has unknown powers beyond explanation. You're welcome to be as creative as you'd like with the voice. High pitched, low pitched, heavy accent or light accent. Effects wise, they should sound like they are all powerful entities looming over a large room. When they're feeling neutral, they should sound calm and collective, gathering information as they watch over everyone, but when they're putting on a serious tone of voice, they should sound like they're not only warning someone, but threatening them to do as they say. It's so it can keep people on the right track.
