The Manager is the overarching human antagonist of Poe's Pizza Spot. He seized control of the entire company after his accomplice "mysteriously vanished". He is a ruthless, vicious, killing machine (ironic, as he works with killing machines, but is ultimately less human then them). He speaks with a cold tone, only raising his voice when the time comes.

The unholy offspring of machinery and human parts. A baby born from Mariam Thomas, and engineered and tampered with by The Manager. It knows all, sees all, kills all. It's voice is raspy and deep, and completely inhuman.

Simon Warborough is the founder of e2a Industries. He's the creator of the HIVE Network and an associate to The Manager. He deeply loves his creations, works hard on his machines, and hates talking about getting more money (especially if harming others is involved). He's an elderly man, with a coarse rough voice.

Joshua Thomas is an associate of Simon Warborough. He cares deeply for his work, his friends, and most importantly his pregnant wife. Joshua is an excitable character with a cheerful voice that can bring a smile to anyone's face.

The pregnant wife of Joshua Thomas. Miriam is a loving, caring, and compassionate woman who loves helping her friends, drinking hot chocolate (with tons of mini marshmallows) and working hard at e2a Industries. She's more gentle than her husband, and speaks with a calm tone of voice.
