Phoenix Wright Turnabout Portal is a terribly-written fanfiction by author jakkid166. It follows Phoenix Wright and Dick Gumshoe as they travel through the worlds of various preexisting universes trying to catch the dastardly Manfred von Karma. These worlds, specifically, are - as he calls them -
As one would expect from a crossover this... ambitious, this story has a lot of characters in it. Given that, in previous fanfic readings, I almost always voiced all the characters, that wasn't usually a problem, but this time around there are just too many for any reasonable singular man to do voices for. That's where you come in.
Now, as you can garner from the title, this is a reading of a bad fanfiction. This means that the voices for the characters don't need to be accurate at all - At best, something that evokes the general feeling of the character is fine. There's only so much you can do with dialogue this terrible anyway. I'm putting more importance into decent audio quality and the ability to be over the top in a comical fashion. Now, as you can see from reading these, the dialogue is riddled with grammar errors. Generally, I'd prefer if, in your lines, you would preserve these errors for the fullest effect of "wow this dialogue is bad". So, like, if something's written as, say, "Phornix", it should be pronounced that way.
The characters I need voices for will be listed below. If you're accepted for the role, the preferred method of communication is Discord, which you can add me on at Dr. Ocsid#7777. Still, though, given the silly, casual nature of this project, it's not absolutely required if you can't/really don't want to use Discord for whatever reason. Just, you know, it's my personal preferred method. Any lines used in the video will have their respective actor credited in the description of the video along with any other way they would prefer.
It's Mario. You know him well. However you wanna base this voice, whether on his modern voice or that gruff deeper voice he had in the Super Show days, it's up to you.

Bowser has teamed up with Von Karma along with Satan and Eggman to take over "Ace Attorney World", for some reason. If you've ever heard him "talk" in Mario games you can probably garner some idea of what he'd sound like. Very rough and growly, I guess.

The very rotund antagonist of the Sonic The Hedgehog series, who really should just be called Dr. Robotnik like he used to be. Oh well. I've always envisioned him with a voice pretty much akin to Mike Pollock's rendition of him, but whatever you think fits can work too.
