Welcome to Project Black Phoenix. This movie will be the first part of a trilogy of Grand Theft Auto 5 Rockstar Editor films. This project is a game mod. Everything is recorded in Grand Theft Auto Five.
WHAT IS THIS PROJECT ABOUT?
It is based off a man who after the death of a loved one goes into law enforcement to help the people of LA and to attempt to cure his vengeance. Markus Pearce (Protagonist) is caught in the middle of a terrorist attack and gets involved in something much bigger than he could have ever dreamed.

Must I Have Anything Before Starting? (Equipment, Apps, Etc?)
Yes! You must have...
- A good, clear, and working microphone (of course). Examples of Bad Microphones are Phone mics, laptop mics, headsets, and Tonor USB mics.
- Some recording device that captures audio and is able to save it as an audio file.
- Discord (All communication is run through there)

Markus Pearce is an FBI agent who is investigating a known criminal who is part of the Mexican Cartel. He is the main protagonist of the story; he has a professional manner to him and sounds authoritative and confident. Though, he questions several aspects of his higher-ups. An independent thinker. He should sound like a young adult, confident, man.
Origins: Originally from New York City but after the death of his mother, he moved to Los Angeles, California.

That's the day my life changed forever. My mother's killer, Jeffery Thomason, was caught, tried, and found guilty. But, that fire that sparked that night had not extinguished. To honor my mother's memory, I needed to help others from living the same experience I had lived. Joining the police academy was the first step in a long journey.
This is the only area really that they could receive shipments. So I'm thinking we could ambush them by hiding behind those cars to the left there and those cars right next to the shipment area. Cody could stay up here to cover us.

Bridger is an FBI agent who is investigating a known criminal who is part of the Mexican Cartel. He is one of the lead roles in the film and a friendly and kind man. He is confident in his abilities and a strategic thinker.
He should sound like a well-mannered, professional, serious, young adult male.

What I mean is, are we really making a difference? Shouldn't we be going after the boss of these arms and drug deals and solve the root of the Problem?
Using civilian cars as a convoy. Interesting.
Reggie originated from the south and had a sort of distinct southern accent (not too much but it is there). He loves to make inappropriate jokes, and he is a little nasty, but he can be professional at times when something serious comes up in the Agency.
He should sound like an adult male who is cocky, inappropriate (in terms of manners and speech), with a slight southern accent (not too noticeable but it is there)
Alright so, you guys are going to be hitting this convoy in broad daylight, so we want this low key. In and out procedure. We'll be arming you guys with just light body armor and silenced pistols. We don't want to light the streets of Paleto Bay on fire; we want Sanchez. We got some undercover Agency vehicles in the Paleto Bay PD station so you guys could use to blend in.
It is best that you both get settled in and get some rest. We got a long day ahead of us tomorrow, and you'll need all the sleep you could get.

Smart, intelligent, independent woman who is one of the assistant directors of the agency. She is a hacker and skilled and confident within herself.
She should sound young (but not like a child, a young adult). She is professional but sometimes quirky.

But, we did gather some other intel from our other sources. We have learned that Sanchez uses the location known as Humane Labs for his weapons Shipments.

Cody is an agent and a sniper for The Agency, he is somewhat quiet and to himself but seems very shady.
He should sound cocky and smug but still professional in his way of speech.

Jackson, Markus, Bridger, I got something. A tightly packed line of civilian cars. About five of them. They're heading southbound on Route-1.
Jackson was previously military. He is strong and confident in himself and very serious. Easily angered if upset.
Jackson should sound like a young adult American man who is professional (due to his military background). He is a soldier.

Selina, what the hell happened? Where's Reggie?!
This is not our guy.
Runs the Mexican Cartel and the mafia in Los Santos. An orphan at a young age, bullied and abused. He has sought to show the people who have looked down on him that he is strong and better than them. Sanchez (though very unpredictable and could lash out on you at any given point that you upset him in the slightest) is very smart in his plans. Though he is arrogant and wants everything for himself. He has a very angry person.
He should sound like a middle-aged (around his young 40s) man who has a raspy threatening voice.
(In my personal opinion, this character should sound somewhat like Ricardo Diaz from Arrow Season 6 and 7)

Father of Markus Pearce. Caring and loving person like any other father.
He sounds like a middle-aged man, in his late 60s. He has a calm and soothing father-like voice.

A friend of Markus and Bridger. He is younger than them so he always more energy in his speech by he does have a hint of being a know-it-all young police officer.
He sounds like a young adult who is very very confident in himself and professional.

(Will need the same voice actor for the rest of the trilogy): Salvatorem is a calm yet threatening character. He plans ahead and looks at the big picture. He is very crafty. (Note: Watch a video on Admiral Thrawn in rebels, that is best to describe his style). He observes everything and thinks heavily on his next words.
He has a SLIGHTLY raspy voice and he sounds mysterious yet strategic.

Well, they were top of their class. Markus from Yale, Bridger from Harvard.
Both were part of the Los Santos Police Department for 4 years before being promoted to FIB special agents. this would be their first year as FIB agents.
