OC Comic Dub - Voices needed

This is a mini, one-time project. I am seeking a voice to dub over my OC comic. This is merely personal and non-commercial. I have considered posting the finished dub on my YouTube, but that can be discussed! I estimate the dub's runtime will not exceed 30 seconds.
You must be 15+ to audition.
Marty comes across his girlfriend, Della, in the middle of classwork when he musters up the courage to ask her out on a casual-hangout-but-romantic date. Della is overjoyed at the invitation but teases Marty for being so nervous, who remains a little flustered until the end of the comic.
Role info:
I am currently seeking a voice for Marty and Della. (More details in role.) Marty's voice has already been selected, however his VA is 15 so please be mindful of that when you apply.
Payments:
The amount listed is my total budget for this project. It is a flat rate. I will do my best to accommodate the payment method that works best for you, but at the moment I am able to use PayPal, Venmo, gift cards, Discord Nitro/Decor, and any website that accepts card (like Ko-fi).

Character Description:
This character will appear in a personal comic that I would like dubbed, which features another character, Marty, who Della is dating. This is a one-time role.
Della is a fashion major attending junior college with her boyfriend. She's very stylish and works at a thrift store (but would be much happier at Brook's Brothers). She's a neutral spirit who comes across as dry with her RBF and disinterest in meeting new people. But she's pretty playful once you get to know her. Definitely the more mature one between her and Marty.
6 lines total. (Ad libbing encouraged)
Voice:
She has a raspy/dry voice, it kind of sounds like she has a sore throat. Her neutral voice is in the mid-deep range but she can go higher when excited (like when she says "Of course we can!"). Overall, I need pretty mature voice, but not so mature it's seductive. For the purpose of this comic, I would like her to sound casual/aloft as she speaks pretty affectionally to Marty.
Inspired by -- Ramona Flowers (Scott Pilgrim animation), Bean (Disenchantment), V (Murder Drones), Lola Bunny (voiced by Kristen Wiig), Lapis Lazuli (Steven Universe).
*The voice actor for Marty is 15, so please bear that in mind when auditioning. No contact with his VA will be necessary.

Marty himself is an undeclared major attending junior college with his girlfriend. He is a big comic geek who works at a local trading card shop. He doesn't really enjoy talking to people aside from his family and his girlfriend as he is very timid. He is also a real sweetheart!

Voice:
Range: Middle-high
He speaks gently. He has braces and he may have a tiny lisp/muffle from it but that is optional. In the comic he does become a bit flustered at some points so I want someone who can squeal! I would like to avoid extremely tense/awkward voices (eg Evil Jax). I do not want him to sound feminine or like a teen/child.
