North Wedge Seniors
Project Overview
North Wedge is a highly competitive school for Senior High School students. Thousands of students get referred from several high schools across California. Yet hardly anybody gets in! The school is known for producing the best of the best. The valedictorian is always being boosted to the top of their desired career. Students are divided into career paths based on what they excelled in during their last school. One person from each pathway will advance. Tests will examine their compatibility with graduation every quarter. Any student not at the top will be...Eliminated. The public looks forward to seeing what select students get to walk the stage! Students will focus on showcasing and marketing their abilities, improving, and making sure they aren't the next to discontinue their attendance.
As far as auditions/ casting goes:
For many of the rules, romance, sexualities and ethnicities are specified. This is to help boost minority voice actors. Any ethnicity can audition for a non-specified role. representation is important in characters and their voice actors.

A gentle pop star with an endearing outlook on life. The glue of everyone. She's soft-spoken yet has a booming voice. The accent will be entirely up to you! How would you portray a music prodigy?

All of Max's focus is on her craft. She ends up not worrying much about their clothes or physical representation. All the attitude and color is reflected in her photos. A pretty thoughtless, bland voice and form of speaking... but she's working on it.

The richest girl in school. She's built for the runway. Ironically, she has little to no interest in it. Emory has a dream of becoming a doctor, her deepest desire is to help others. She indulges in her riches without realizing it.

Elena spent years studying English in order to get in. She saw the school all over TV as a child and her parents did everything they could to help her get in. She's a native Spanish speaker with a fluent grasp on English. Besides that, she ADORES architecture. She has a raging, fiery passion for it. Filling sketch books upon sketch books of drafts for new buildings and cute doodles.

Rafael had minimal interest in the school, his parents urged him to sign up considering he excelled in math at his last school, reluctantly, he did. He's pretty tired and his heart beat never seems to pick up. He's the calmest of the group. His native Language is Spanish.

Damian is known in his hometown for being an exceptional designer. He has an open disdain for hast fashion. He's been seen making full outfits from simple scraps of fabric. He lives and breathes vintage and upcycled clothing and takes pride in his talent. His voice is a bit on the raspier side and he's deemed as "troublesome" based on looks alone.

Eric is from a prominent modeling family. His career took off at a young age and he's always been home schooled, not really understanding how to socialize that well. He also does sort of choose not to, his focus is getting ahead in his career, he doesn't have much time for romance.

André was always unsure about the future. He never really saw himself sticking to one solid career, so he picked up acting to play them all! He's flamboyant and outgoing, staying optimistic, but get's tripped up in his thoughts sometimes.
"Hey hi, I'm andré Callus, I'm this school's acting major. I look forward to seeing you all. Thank you."
"Wait I thought we all knew this? Obviously the super selective school has crazy rules. It's all rich people!"
"I'm an actor, not a liar. I know when to call it quits you know? I'm not part of that cliché that never gets out of character. I have a real personality."
Warren is a self-identified "girl's girl". He's a hopeless romantic who learned to play guitar for his girlfriend back in freshman year of high school. He looks forward to the day he can see her again. He's helpful and kind and would take a beating for his close friends.

All students on campus are turned into a spectacle, one way the administration handles that is by offering interviews to the public with students, and reporting on local festivities! Cynthia is well-spoken and upbeat in order to help capitalize off the seniors.

The principle Rovelt (row-velt) is a key member of faculty. Everything she says goes. She has the ultimate decision in who continues attending North Wedge and who is- terminated. Despite the situation, she is very warm to the select students she is fond of. Yet, dismissive to anyone she deems "troublesome"
